Brilliant flour tasty and useful.
ReAlly like spelt flour. I have a problem with wheat but spelt first affect me. It's such a versatile flour and can be used for all baking.

Wholwmeal spelt flour is the one we should all use most of the time.
I have been using on medical advise as I am insulin dependent, have cancer & a weak heat after 2 heart attacks.For all those medical conditions dietitians seem to recommend this flour.
