Makes my kitchen look fabulous. Only thing.... ordered 4 chairs and only had 3 sets of screws. Lucky I had spare that fitted

Bought 8 chairs from this seller and my mother bought the same . both sets are shockingly made. They squeak whenever you sit on them, they creak, wobble, are totally unstable, so much so that my 3 year old fell from one because the seat was not stable. The bracket broke under the seat pad and makes the chair spin on its own. I made a complaint and they sent spares. my mother had the same issues and they sent spares. This didnt solve the problem. They look nice but if you get a bad batch of them, beware. The seller delayed and delayed and by the time i put in a claim to Amazon, he said i was too late to return. Amazon promised to help but rejected my A-Z claim. He ignored my mothers claim but Amazon Refunded her as she wasnt delayed as long before opening a claim. The seller was not going to accept her claim but fortunately Amazon steeped in . I have appealed my case. I really would avoid the seller
