I like everything about this phone. Most of all its easy to operate.

I really liked this phone. I ordered it from Miami and I reside in FL so it came pretty quick. From there it went down hill, the phone came with Spanish instructions only and was programmed in Spanish. I was able to set it for English so that was fine. The other issue was the phone directly out the box was on.... I would turn it off and it would turn itself back on. Also when off and when plugged in to charge it, the phone would turn on then as well. I knew right then from these few issues early that keeping this phone would be a problem. The positives of the phone was that it is sleek and thin and all black. I didn't try the fingerprint reader, or camera because I knew I was sending it back. The battery life was on the path of not being a good one. Once I fully charged the phone and sat it on the bed, I looked at it 5 minutes later andthe battery dropped 5% from absolutely nothing. This further more let me know that I had to send this phone back. Which brings me to the final part of my dealings with this company. Returning the phone was supposed to be Free shipping however I had to pay $10.38 for return shipping. And returns can only can processed through USPS. I tracked the package and emailed the company that the package was delivered. It took the company a couple of days to get back to me and stated they had to process the return. That's understandable, however whats not understandable is the statement of it may take up 14 days to issue my refund. I did get the refund a week later. When you purchase a product online they take payment immediately not C.O.D and I fully understand processing the return but it should be expedited as quickly as possible to match the taking of the funds from a customer.

The phone is sold as dual SIM yet it's one SIM there is no slot for the SIM2 so my question is is the price for dual or one SIM?

Would have Kept this Phone but it was Network Locked and wouldn't setup to my Network
