I cannot be alone when I say that sometimes I don't put on necklaces purely because I don't want to deal with the lobster clasps. Or maybe I am alone? I highly doubt it though.You get SIX!! of these magnetic clasps (magnet hidden in the pearl) and they are a must have for my collection.They are adorable and you can absolutely fit 2 necklaces on 1 clasp (makes layering so easy). The pearl does sometimes slide down to the front of my neck, but it's not anymore than the lobster clasp does on its own. And it actually gives me an excuse to spread the gospel of this awesome little clasp, so I don't mind at all.

Let me be totally honest—I have strong opinions. I always comparison shop trying to find the best quality, the most unique item. If something’s important to me, I comparison shop to the point of lunacy. Because I was purchasing these clasps for a necklace my husband had given me for our Anniversary, my comparisons definitely reached lunacy!The necklace’s chain is quite delicate & the clasp impossible. I had tried a heavier chain but it marred the effect...so I turned to magnetic clasps in complete frustration. I had tried another brand a while back & that experiment ended with the loss of a beloved heirloom. So I had a low opinion of magnetic clasps in general. These were going to have to go a long way to change that opinion.When they arrived and were larger than I expected, my skepticism grew. I had read the description but still I imagined they’d be the size of an average pearl—say 10mm. But they are easily 25mm. I worried about that size. First, that they would weigh down & weaken the chain. Second, when I wore my hair up and they’d be visible, they would ruin the look of delicacy and cheapen a gorgeous necklace.But the moment I felt the strength of the magnetic hold, my misgivings began to fade. You can feel the ends start to attract from an inch away! The hold is, well, tenacious.So I put a clasp on and decided to wear the necklace that evening —with my hair up, no less!I couldn’t help smiling as the ends ‘clicked’ in seconds. Every time previously, it took a minimum of ten attempts and usually resulted in a few chipped nails.When I got to the event, several women did notice the clasp because of its size. But they all loved it! A few even thought it might be some kind of reversible necklace.To summarize, these are unique & lovely but most importantly, strong & trustworthy. If they come out with an option that’s 5-10mm smaller—I’ll buy them for every necklace & bracelet I own!

I haven't vern able to wear my necklaces in almost 2 years because I lost the use of my left arm. I've looked at several styles of these magnets, but these are the prettiest I've found. The magnets are strong enough that I can lay one end of the necklace on my left shoulder, bring the other side of the necklace around my neck and the two ends pop together with no effort on my part. If the chain moves, the pearl is pretty enough to be a necklace on its own. The set includes silver and gold, black and white. A lovely addition to the jewelry box, and I'm overjoyed to be able to wear my necklaces again!

I ordered this product to help me close my necklaces quickly. The most important feature of the clasp to me was the magnet. When I received the order I thought I had ordered the wrong item. I thought the pearl closing was lovely but did not have a magnet. It was not until later I realized that I could pull the clasp away from the pearl. It takes a serious pull, as you would want to keep the necklace secure. I am happy with this purchase.

These are nice looking clasps, and the different colors are good. They are quite large, but the size is clearly indicated on the Amazon description. I wish they came in a smaller size so that I could use them with more of my jewelry, but they should work fine with large beads.

These are great— and I bought the smaller version so that they don’t “upstage” the necklace or bracelet. But does anyone know where the heck I put them? After being for the most indoors these past few months, I have to admit my “craft” room is a bit cluttered!!But seriously, these are lovely.

I had a little difficulty installing these clasps on my necklaces because of loss of sensation in my fingertips as I have aged. This loss of sensation is why I needed these to begin with. However this product was better than another type of magnetic clasp II have used because it is light enough weight that the clasp does not migrate to the front of the neck as much and when it does, the pearl is more attractive than the metal barrel of the locking clasp. The magnet is strong enough that I have not had any issue with it coming undone. I will probably buy a few more so I do not have to move them from one necklace to another.

Was surprised at the look of these, and I've only worn them once but they seem sturdy. And they work SO easily! The jewelry story had no idea how to fix the problem of the lobster clasp, which I was having trouble using. I had stopped wearing my favorite bracelet because it was SO hard to do the closure. These are as easy as they appear. I hope it lasts. I'm very happy with it so far
