DO NOT BUY THIS FOR YOUR BIRD please. I was at work, when I got home My pet love bird was tangled up inside this nest by a string from inside. She was chewing her own foot off to get free. My baby has no foot now just a nub. I cried all night. Please get the box nest.

I bought this for my two pet ratties! I did not get the design listed, but instead a multi colored polka dot one. But it’s ok! It was still cute! I’m also going to go ahead and say that it was destroyed quickly, but that’s what ratties do! They thoroughly enjoyed it for the few days they had it, and used it to its full potential! It lived a great life!

We got this for our lovebird for Christmas he has one like it but was due for another one. Thank goodness this happened when we were not out of town, his foot got tangled inside and he was trapped the more he struggled the tighter it got. He must have been stuck for about 14 hours. He was so hungry and scared when we went to let him out of the cage for his daily fly he couldn't get out of the bed/ nest. We turned it inside out to free him and noticed many more loose nylon strings I'm so glad his head did not get tangled. Poor baby. :(The way this cloth nest is made is using a nylon material that easily frays into log strands. If your bird scratches at the sides of the enclosure, they will fray creating a menagerie of small, tangly 1" strands.

Birds love ❤️ it but she keeps pulling the strings and got it caught around her neck.

This parrot hammock was decently constructed... but was terrible internally. The outside of the hammock was nicely done. It has a tightly woven, water resistant material for the outer fabric. The inside of the hammock lined with fuzzy material but the seams where it was sown together are terrible. You can feel the roughness and it's not very pleasant. Also, my package was missing one of the chains that support it from the inside of the cage. After some modifications, my bird is now using it, but from out of the box it was not what we were expecting at all.

Love this little nest. Just wish my little ones would use it. Maybe in time. 🤞🏼

Since bought this my parakeet has laid three eggs. Now hoping the comfort of a nice hotel room . will do the trick. Lol 😆
