Fits the bathtub/shower drain perfectly. Water flows through nicely while still catching hair.

I like the fact that this strainer had a post in the middle of it for easy removal...However, I didn't pay attention to the measurements and it's too big for my drain...Other than that, it's sturdy and I don't see that there would be an issue with it draining fluids properly.

Solid product, just too big for my bathtub drain. Have to return it.

I love these because they fit my bath tub perfectly. Easy to cland traps a lot of hair. I wish it was a little better quality because the middle part of the first broke almost immediately so it's harder to pull up, and it rusted rather quickly. I also wish the holes were a bit smaller because my cats track litter in the tub sometimes and it doesn't catch that.

I've tried a lot of fancier hair strainers and they're all worse. This is the perfect and only kind of bathtub strainer that is worth it.

These cause the water to go down very slowly in the tub. It really didn't do the job it advertised. It does block hair, but it just wasn't what I was looking for.

I have purchased a couple varieties of these types of strainer baskets and this one is the best of the bunch. Others have a bar that goes across the top making them hard to clean. This one is easy to clean and cleans up to look new (others didn't clean up nearly as well). Good purchase to stop hair from clogging up the drain.One note is that for whatever the reason, I do have to clean this one out more often than I did with the others, not sure why, the design is very similar. Maybe because the basket is shorter than the others?If there was anything I could change, the lip around the top that secures the item from slipping down the drain should be a bit wider. It's nit-picky and I don't think it is going to slip down the drain but it is a little bit of a closer call than I'd like.All and all, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it over the others and I tried four.

Its not the size described, but i knew that going in and just hoped for the best. Works perfectly in my normal american tub drain from like 10 -20 years ago. I already threw away the package and dont rememver the dimensions, sorry.
