This was a miracle salve for my damaged leather backpack. I had a black leather backpack that sadly, had bleach spilled on the side and on the strap. I had tried cleaning it right away, shoe polish, leather treatment, etc., but the bleach not only discolored the leather, it obviously dried it out in those areas. This was the perfect treatment - I saw instant results the first time I applied it. I eventually did three coats, but could have stopped at two. It looks nearly like new and no transfer of the color on your hands or clothes once it's dry. If you weren't looking for the damaged areas, you would never notice them. Highly recommend!

I will be honest, I had pretty low expectations but this product proved me wrong in every way. Not only was it super easy to use, but it absolutely made my 25 year old couches look like new! There wasn’t any rub off once I was done and the spots where I used the balm don’t look any different than where I didn’t use it making it easy to only treat the trouble spots. You don’t have to use it where you don’t need it. One jar was able to do a love seat, a large ottoman and one cushion of a full sized couch. Just ordered another jar to finish up the couch!

This is a wonderful product. The kit has everything you need to improve the look of your leather things. I am very happy with it. The fact that it is creamy makes it just that much better. Made my black leather look brand new.

I can’t say enough compliments about this product right before my eyes in a few seconds my armchair turned to brand new from horrible old, looking almost wanting to throw throw it out looking. To a brand new armchair and amaze me. I had no idea that it would work like this at first. I was skeptical because as I was waiting for the process a little bit, which is really only 10 minutes. I said this is gonna be coming all smudgy, but it all even itself out to a perfect beautiful sofa armchair I mean thank you so much for a great great product. If I would’ve called someone in to do that it would’ve cost me a lot of money had off to you my friends keep on the same track with this. It’s fantastic.

Matched the color perfectly! Hid all the scratches that were on the couch from previous owner. Alittle went a long way I used it all on both of my old leather couches. The directions for it are not too great but I figured it out after a minute. I recommend doing a small area and rubbing it in well to blend good before moving on to the next spot. It drys fast! I think it was worth it for sure now I don’t feel like I have to buy a new couch just yet.

My leather couch looked so bad from a wear spot on the seat. I was afraid I'd have to call to see how much to replace the cushion. Well I saw this product and figured I had nothing to lose. The directions were easy and product is user friendly. It dries quickly with no transfer. I do agree with the directions to use the gloves. Color can build and it looked good with just one application. I am very plesded.

Maybe I missed something in the product description, but when dry, it is a gloss finish. Beware if you are looking to repair something with a matte finish. It works as described, though instead of using the brush, I would use a rag you are looking to toss afterward. The included brush would be great on a flat even surface, but if using it on a steering wheel, I'd use a rag if I were to do it again.

The media could not be loaded. This balm works extremely well and I’ve only used one coat for my shoes. I included video of how much better my boots are looking after using this product. Easy instructions, great communication from the company on how to use the product, color matching in several different colors, all the tools needed in the kit. I love the rich color and how easy it is to use. I would recommend this balm for all your restoration needs (furniture, shoes, etc). I was recommended this product and glad I gave this recording balm a try.
