Basic sandwich tins
My wife says: These tins are perfectly ok for what I wanted them for but I wouldn’t want to bake a sponge in them as they are incredibly shallow and the cake would have no depth. If you want them to make a sponge get something else and check the depth.

Ridiculously shallow cake tins
Using my usual cake recipe these tins proved useless! They are very shallow so much so that the cake batter when divided equally between the tins filled them to overflowing. If you’re looking for a final cake size of 2cm height then these will do, otherwise buy something else.
