This is a must if you're wanting to go Keto. Especially for lifestyle change. And it's completely sustainable when you do it right!

I used to believe keto was good
Keto is only good for temporary weight loss and it's just not sustainable in the long run. I've done multiple rounds of keto and I lost a lot of weight very quickly. However once I fell off the wagon, my weight all came back. In addition, it made my health worse by increasing my cholesterol and triglycerides. Eating too much fat also induced my insulin resistance, making me pre-diabetic.Please go check out Jimmy Moore's website and you'll see the proof that it's even not sustainable for the author of this book. He had gained so much weight due to "stress". Suuuuurre.
