Creme Brulee Tins
I love these for Creme Brulee. They are large enough to bake a brownie or single-serving cookie but still shallow enough to make the perfect Creme Brulee. If you have ever tried to make them in taller muffin cup versions then you will understand how much easier these are. They are perfect if you are giving them to someone without the fuss of having them wash the glass to return. The only thing that is missing for me is the lid but we made do just fine.

Perfect for Single Serve Camping Treats like Baked Beans
Come on, the pattern is fun! This tin holds about 2/3 cup or roughly 5 ounces. I use this to take a can of Bush baked beans, 28 ounce can, and create five single servings. I use aluminum foil to seal it off. Then I freeze them. This means I have an inventory in the fridge and it adds some cooling to the cooler. I place on the grill and warm it up. This would also be great for pulled meat, i.e. anything that you want a single serving and works well for the single camper like me. I'll be ordering some more fun colors for color coding different meals.

Perfect aluminum foil cups from Crème Brûlée!
These are perfect for making creme brulee for dessert!Pros:1. Large and shallow cup to quickly make dessert in oven.2. The foil is very sturdy! I've re-used a couple of times without issue. The only problem is telling guests to not throw them away!3. Is as advertised, no defects on arrival.Cons:1. Poor measurement by me, but I couldn't fit more than 6 cups on an oven baking tray. Would have been nice to fit at least 8.Although disposable, they are durable enough to be washed and used again! Worth a buy!

Great item. Poor packaging.
These disposals ramekins are great for parties. I use them for pizookies. Every pack I have ordered has three or four that are bent. Easy enough to straighten out though. The lids are nice except I received two different types. They at least fit but one is taller than the other. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice to have them all be the same. Will still buy again.

I reuse these
I'm a batch cooker. I cook in large batches, I put the food in single serve containers, freeze and then vacuum seal it. These are the perfect size pans. If it's fully cooked food, after freezing, I pop it out of the pan, vacuum seal it and put it in my large freezer. If it's uncooked food, I freeze it, vacuum seal it in the pan and put it in the freezer until I'm ready for it. Then, I thaw it and cook it in the pan. I soak the empty pan, use a stiff brush to remove any food residue, wash and reuse. Works like a charm.

Fantastic four souffle!
I got these to make some savory souffles, and they were fantastic, and if you are ginger with them they can absolutely be washed and reused.

Nice tins but arrived dented
Nice size but shipped in a bubble envelope. Half were dented, replacement shipped with same issue. Was able to take out middle tins from both packages to get one good set.

Recyclable and reusable
I used them for a pastry that requires the butter and sugar mixture to attain a hard crack stage. They did the job nicely but were a bit too large and that was my only issue. The sides do slope a bit but that might only be relevant to folks who want to make small layered cakes. I've used them twice and of course they do dent. But if you smooth them out with your fingers, no problem. But I would caution if you plan to used them many times.
