Women's Cotton Shaker Stitch Deep V-Neck Sweater

The sweater (overall) is acceptable but be aware it does not fit as it fits the model in the picture. It is not as long at the hem...the picture shows the hem hitting the model several inches below her crotch but I am only 5'4" and it hits me right at the base of my butt so if you are tall the hem will hit you closer to your waist than your thighs. Also, order a size (or two) BIGGER than your normal size. I read the reviews and ordered an XL (though I usually order a L if I want a "tunic" look) but the XL I got looks more like a medium. I really hope it doesn't shrink when I wash it or it will be too small entirely for my needs. It isn't soft.

With the slit and the length, this is a great sweater to wear with leggings or skinny jeans. It's well made and a good weight. However, if you love really soft cozy sweaters, this knit/fiber is not particularly soft. Not scratchy, just not soft. Also, if you're a real V-neck wearer, just know that this isn't a very deep V at all. But it's a solid and seemingly sturdy everyday sweater for cooler days.

I almost returned this because I wasn’t sure it was flattering but it quickly became my go-to sweater to wear around the house with leggings. At first I didn’t like that it feels like cheap (synthetic) yarn but seems to soften a bit. However it also stretches out a big after wearing. I like the rib knit and the weight of this sweater.

I think I own 8 of these now in various colors. This is my first V neck one, but that’s the only difference between the other goodthreads sweaters and this one. I can’t stop buying these things! I love that they’re cotton and have no chemical smell. I’m an xs and they are a little oversized, but mine fits smaller than the model pic. I wash and dry them on hot. They stretch back out fast If they shrink and Just pick off the lint balls. It’s strangely satisfying. I wear them practically everyday. Sometimes I wear a Collar button up Under if it’s really cold out. They breathe. They’re comfy. The only thing I don’t like is the red color. It’s not red..its a faded rusty brick pumpkin Kinda color. Momma needs a red one😎

Love the color but definitely over sized

I love the length of the sweater. It's great with yoga pants or skinny jeans. It has a nice weight to it for chilly days.

It fit as expected; no complaints. It's warm too.

I initially ordered dark green colour, but upon arrival of the item didn't like the quality of the jumper (feels too rough on the skin and the yarn is too tightly knitted), besides, the colour was much darker and duller then on the picture. I then decided to try luck with another colour (orange-brownish), and liked that one way more. The yarn is knitted a bit more loose hence making jumper fit better, also it feels softer on the skin too. And if you compare both on attached picture, you can see green one is slightly smaller then orange one, though both are marked as XS. So I guess it's a matter of trying until you find the one (easier done with Amazon Prime, obviously). Overall, nice budget jumper for winter days, so 4 stars from me.

I bought the pine green in medium and the grey in large. For a UK size 14 the large is definitely the better fit for the style.Great jumpers, both washed a couple of times now with a minor bit of shrinkage first wash.I wish there was a proper, clear size guide. I wasn't sure which size to get as the reviews weren't conclusive; that's why I dropped a star.

I’m a size 14/16 at the moment and I bought the large, it’s a comfortable fit not too tight but not really baggy, it just about covers my bum when I’m wearing leggings and I’m 5ft3, the quality is lovely and it washes well, I’ve just ordered it in the green as well as it’s a good wardrobe staple

This is a lovely chunky knit that adds a lot of warmth on a chilly day without too much bulk. It drapes well and seems pretty true to size, maybe slightly less generous but not enough to warrant a size larger.It is machine washable at 30C on a gentle cycle, so also easy to care for.

Love the feel of this sweater, not too heavy. The sleeves are a lovely length, nice and long, and the sweater length is good too.I'm 5' 9" and size 16, 'M' fits well.
