The bones I got are HUUUGE! If my small dog could wrap her mouth around it, perfect. As it is she nibbles at it and drags it around. I could have returned them, but have decided to give them to my big, big dog friends. The thickness of these bones, not just the length would give a better description or photos comparing the size next to each other.

My Dog loves these Bones, I give her a Bone every evening, after her meal.I let her chew on it for about 60 minutes then put in baggie and put in the refrigerator for the next day.One Bone will last her for about 5 days.I also have a couple of the Amazon bones for Chewers.But these are her Favorite .

The first time I ordered these, each bone was individually wrapped. The 2nd batch arrived in a bag closed but not individually wrapped. It was a bit messy and the bones seemed to be falling apart so there was alot of debri and loose pieces. I prefer them to be wrapped each separately. It also left me a bit worried. When my dog was chewing them pieces of the bone came loose and she swallowed those pieces. I hope it is safe for her to do that.

I really feel bad leaving a not so great review but I base my choices by others reviews so I have to say I was really disappointed in these bones. I always get them with my dog food order from Chewy but the we’re out of them for awhile due to pandemic.These bones were really greasy and my lab was breaking sharp pieces off when chewing.

These bones are the best! I have tried different brands of "bones" and these are hands down the best ones. They are actual bones not treats that look like bones. My Border Collie is a very powerful chewer and he hasn't split these bones. I have not had them splinter on me either. There is marrow inside and the outside seems to be tasty too. I will stuff them with peanut butter after he cleans out the middle. They are durable since they are bones. Be careful walking around with one in the floor cause it does smart if you kick it or step on it.

I have purchased these several times, in different sizes. My lab loves them all, and they'll occupy my parent's aggressive chewing puppy for hours. The only times I've had these bones split apart is when my dog will sneak them outside and leave them out overnight. I think my older dog does this on purpose to soften her bones up because her teeth aren't so sharp anymore. And yes, they're messy and flaky when you open the bag, so I do put them in a gallon freezer bag once I've opened them to keep the mess to a minimum, but this type of bone will just inherently have some of the meaty bits fall off in transit. Necessary evil.

The 2" bones are just the right size for our dog. She really likes them. However, three of the 12 in the pack, were just plain bones and three more, which had crunchies on the outside, had no marrow. I gave her one of the plain ones to see if would chew on it and she was not interested. That makes them a bit pricey.

I didn't taste them, so I can't attest to the flavor....but my dogs gave them 2 paws up. Our Lab went thru one quickly and the Chi mix chewed on hers for most of the day. They do splinter as the dog chews on them, so I wouldn't leave a dog alone with them. The only draw back for the humans in the house is OMG...they are pretty smelly and a bit oily. Make sure they aren't on your couch when they're eating them.
