Johnson's Baby Powder, Hypoallergenic and Paraben Free, 22 oz

I use this to powder off the sweat on my feet and it works good along with the nice scent it has.

Ordered this a little reluctantly thinking there might be a little false advertising going on but hoping I was wrong. What I received appears to be the real thing - original Johnson’s Baby Powder made from talc. The texture and skin feel are way different from the current corn starch formulation that is masquerading as Johnson’s Baby Powder.I am a big guy - 6’5” & 275 lbs. I have been using Johnson’s all my life. The current corn starch formulations being sold as baby powder under different brand names just don’t cut it. None have the same texture or skin feel as the talc based powder. Glad I found this.

I have always used and loved J. and J. baby powder. I have personally used it since my children were small and they are now in their 60's. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon as I have been looking for it for a while, a long while. It is smooth, has a soft fragrance and an all over nice feeling. I am sorry to see it go but I will continue to use it until it is no longer available. Did J. and J. ever think to repackage this powder for adults? I will be the first in line to purchase it.

This is the good stuff!!! I'm 62-years-old. And, it's probably fair to say that I've used Johnson's Baby Powder nearly every day of my life (without a drop of ovarian cancer, by the way). Recently, I bought the "normal" baby powder and it burned every inch of my body where I put it. Luckily, I had already bought this one. So, when I read the reviews, I actually had the courage to try it. And, it's perfect!! I'm so thankful.

This original Baby Powder was TALCUM POWDER. The new one is Corn Starch. I ordered THIS one to get Talc... as the corn starch, to me, doesn't do nearly as well as the Talcum powder.

Before switching powders and buying them in person I first bought two of these bottles in April 2020 (for $5 each) and they do the job nicely! The powder is thick but soft, feels great against the skin and the plastic bottles are tough yet voluminous. However it is surprisingly easy to dispense excess powder with even the gentlest pressure, unnecessarily driving up costs in wasted powder. Nonetheless the powder works well, is easy to use and is sold at a great price. Overall I give this “Johnson's Baby Powder, Hypoallergenic and Paraben Free, 22 oz” a respectable 4/5 stars!

There just isn't anything like real baby powder. Yes, I know we shouldn't use them on female babies, and I don't. I like it for me, and have always used it for me. It gets MUGGY in East Texas, right next to Louisiana. There are so many times that I just can't pop into a shower, but I can get refreshed with a couple of squirts of baby powder, and there is none that feels better than Johnson's. It's never clumped.

What can I say?I love this powder, and have used it for most of my increasingly ling life. I seriously DISLIKE “powders” that use cornstarch. I plan to stock up on this product.I am terribly saddened for those people for whom the powder proved to be cancer related, but i am also sad that now the product will not be offered for sale in the USA....if current reports are to be believed.

Not good. better off with cornstarch.
