The holder is absolutely fine,just like in the picture. Comes with the cones, a tweezer and the sticks. However, the cones that it comes with absolutely stink up the whole place. They smell like a bad burned material.

It was awful. When I finally got it to go, it filled the room with the smell of wood, couldn't smell the aromas. The smoke struggled to go down the waterfall. Not good

Before buying this product it didn’t expect it was actually going to work as shown in the pictures, but it actually does work as long as there isn’t a draft in your room, it comes with lots of incense I got two tube of the sicks with it a big bag of the cones, also come with the nice mat to place the item on very nice addition.Highly recommend 5stars.

Works fine, doesn't last long, doesn't work until whole cone burns and looks better without green bush which is given. Still 4 star since it is cheap and didn't expect something wow.
