60 amp GFCI breaker
Works as planned for a 48 amp EV charger. This breaker is only for 240 loads. Not something that also needs 120 like some hot tubs or a dryerIf you need the 3 wire get QO260GFI3W

I'm sure it works fine there are two versions. Be sure you know which one you need.
I had to return this because it only had 2 wire connection. I needed the exact same breaker (looks identical) but on the back there are 3 wires (additional wire is for load). Just know what you need before you order it. And thank you for accepting my return.

poor design.
Had my electrician begin to wire in the breaker for a hot tub and there's NO pole for the neutral to come back through... it did not work. Had to ship it back and get a different one. Luckily my spa will run on a 50 amp one, so I was able to find one at Lowes instead. Unless you have a weirdly specific need for this, avoid it. There's only a neutral coming out but it does not have the connection for the one coming in... poor design.

Only for 240/208 applications
I bought this breaker to tie in my new dual motor spa. It is labeled as a 120/240 volt breaker as shown in the pictures. It is a true gfci with a trip mA of 5. So it protect your and the others in the spa if have a short somewhere. Unfortunately, I need a 4 wire with a load neutral connection on the breaker. This unit is only for 240 volt applications, not what I needed. Had to return and get another 120/240 load on neutral breaker for my particular application.....

this did not work for the hot tub installation....
this unit is hot the proper type of GFI for hot tubs .. it will not work for that application

Will not work with a spa. No neutral on breaker.
The 60amp version does not have a neutral connection on the breaker and will not work with a modern spa. The 50 amp of the same series does. Had the find a Homeline 60 amp spa panel and use that breaker. This design cost me a lot of time and money. Plus Square D website is not helpful in cross-referencing parts.
