Rocks Donington 2014 [Blu-ray + CD]

A must for any fan

It's really simple. Do you love Aerosmith? If the answer is yes then this is a must have. Great set, great audio, great video and just a great Blu Ray.

For me the best Aerosmith Live DVD/Blu-ray, no interview between the songs unlike the previous ones so we're not losing intros or even the pace of the concert. Perhaps some of the visual effects were a little too much but that's ok because there are very few of them. The concert itself was good, great performance from the band and a crowd that was totally there. And LOVE the video and audio quality on the blu-ray.

Pretty decent concert.....Tyler cant quite hit the notes the way he use to..and...the band looks about ready for the retirement home...but it was enjoyable....great sound...and Tyler did do an exceptional job on Dream On (especially considering he is 118 years old, lol)

Great outdoor concert done well with there hits from the past. Audio as well as video good.

I love Aerosmith! Ive seen them twice and this concert is better than any I have ever seen. But the sound quality isnt very good at the beginning of the show and seems to get better later on. Not sure why this is...Anyone else notice this? And this is the only reason that Im rating this a 3.

I've seen aerosmith in concert three times, this is one of their finest performances. I kicks off with Train....and keeps going. The sound mix is one of the best for a live bluray/cds.

If you are a true Aerosmith fan you need to get this. Mot want, NEED! It comes with 2 cds of all the songs they played during the concert. Get this and make sure you turn it up and rock! Make sure your whole neighborhood hears it!!

I saw Aerosmith my first time in the 80's and they were so out of it they could barely play. I always said I would not see them again unless (jokingly) I got free tickets to make up for the last time. Well two years ago a friend got free tickets and took me. Aerosmith were great, could not be happier about the show so now I wanted a good concert Blu Ray for my collection and since this came from Eagle Rock it should be great. Well performance and song selection wise this is a 5 star collection but the 5.1 mix is horrible. About half way thru Steven's vocals are so quite you can't even make out what he is singing. The guitars are hard left and right so when Joe stops playing his guitar it's like your right speaker just died. I don't understand how they could put out a bad mix, the 5.1 format has been around for over a decade so it's not trial and error anymore. So to sum it up performance 4.5/5, Song Selection 4/5, video quality 4.5/5 and 5.1 mix 2.5/5. This is still a great show but do yourself a favour and watch in stereo! I know there are no other reviewers here commenting on the sound but ther are several on Amazon.com.

Aerosmith.......with all those years in the business, these guys knows how to Rock,Do nington is an excellent concert of Aerosmith ,all the great songs !!!!

Finally a truly live modern concert from Aerosmith with no interruptions. Call this a greatest hits live package. Probably missing a few tracks but the band isn't know for lengthy concerts. No extras.
