Serves it's purpose even if it doesnt look new.
It either sat in storage and/or got banged up a bit in transit or item is not new. Thre are some dings, scratches & marks & what looks like mold or mildew underneath. However, after the first few uses, it'd get a little banged up anyway & it will serve it's purpose.
