Worked perfectly for us. We use an android app that prints receipts and this connected to the tablet and paired to the app no problem, printer prints good quality. Will continue to use this for our business. I think people saying it doesn't work probably just have no idea how to use it or are trying to use it in an way that it isnt intended for. This is perfect for Mobile receipt printing on the go!

I tried to download the app from the QR code in the instructions. Never got the app and even though the setup page said it was free, I was charged $40, fraudulently (I'm still fighting that with my bank). Then I tried to just pair the printer with my Samsung via Bluetooth to use it with any other app and it would never pair. Worthless junk.

My son bought this for his business and it works great. The ease and convenience is am awesome feature.

It does the work, but its difficult to connect, the app they ask you to down load doesn't work, we linked another.

Product works lovely on Android with loyverse as promised. However I'm having a hard time getting the device to be recognised by iOS devices all Bluetooth device searches have proved futile. I've followed all instructions, downloaded the app recommended but the iOS device just can't find the printer. Will continue to search for tech solutions

Prints good wish it had more options, but great printer for my business

So the printer seems to work fine, BUT the software it comes with is garbage. The app doesn't show up as a print service, so you cannot print to the device from any other app. I found an app called RAWBT in the play store that will allow me to use it like any other wireless printer, but you have to pay a subscription to remove the branding from the bottom of the prints. It's almost $5/yr which isn't bad, but still it's a pain in the butt.I would gladly give this more stars if they could fix their own app to show up as print service, but that $5/yr cost them 4 stars.

Basically you connect the printer to Google Chrome using a USB connection to the computer. The driver was a little complicated to setup but not too bad and the instructions were actually provided.I can't attest to the durability but the print quality is good and it seems on par with my old TM-88V, which had no driver for chromebook.I had to play with google sheets paper size to get the print size to match the receipt.

É preciso ter um computador com Windows atual e compatível com o app da amazon. Não consigo completar a instalação já que o meu windows é o 7 e o computador antigo não atualiza uma versão atual de windows. Não pude testar, mas achei válido informar.

Je possède un samsung version android 14, donc normalement compatible avec l'imprimante. J'ai suivi à la lettre les consignes du mode d'emploi en français. Je ne suis pas plus bête q'une autre, et me débrouille plutôt bien dans la manipulation d'application ou de logiciel. Mais là ... que dire... après une journée à essayer de charger , enlever, remettre le fameux dossier BT-POSPrinter.apk, je retourne le produit. Mon téléphone refuse l'application.
