Its great stuff at a good price.
Expanding foam in a can is ridiculously expensive. This case is still very expensive, but its the best price I've seen. There really isn't much competition for stuff like this; I tried a latex-based expanding foam and it was a joke. This is very durable, hard foam, sticks to EVERYTHING.I've used it to soundproof cars, deaden the bonging of car body panels, seal openings through walls for pipes and seal larger sheets of foam insulation into a wall. That way you get the sealing of sprayed in foam without the cost or the mess. You just get some sheets of foam insulation, a few cans of this stuff, and you have a totally leak-free wall.

great product- it really works
I live in a somewhat old house. The seal around one of the windows was getting loose, and cracks were opening around the window, letting air in from the outside. That was a problem, not only in wasted energy costs of cooling and heating home, but also it was becoming a pest problem, letting flies and ants into the home.product is easy to use. Simply shake can 30 seconds, then screw the stem tube into the top of the can. Then pull the lever down, and the foam is released from the end of the stem tube. The tube is thin enough to reach into cracks and crevices of your home, wherever there are gaps or cracks in the wood or brick. The foam later hardens into a protective barrier filling in the crack completely.this will help to insulate your home and keep pests outside your home where they belong.highly recommend.

This stuff actually works
This is a wonderful product. It works very well & is easy to use. Wear gloves & old clothes because it's very sticky and very hard to get off of skin. It does not come off of cloth.

This stuff works great
This stuff works great…But the spray nozzle apparatus and trigger are Terrible…company should uae thicker plastic…and should consider making smaller cans to sell I 6 Packs for small jobs that don’t require a whole can.because once you use it you must use the whole can.or it will clog Gand cannot be used again.

Yes seals gaps but extremely unforgiving!!
COME ON Dow, Can't you make something better than this? Every time I end up using this stuff I end up regretting it. It is extremely unforgiving and seems that no matter how much I prep and protect stuff around it, wear gloves, careful not to touch it gets on something and is nearly impossible to remove. It is messy, extremely difficult to work with and sort of has a mind of its own (just kind of spreads however it wants with very little control). My thought is that this formula must cost Dow next to nothing to make because I can't figure out why they can't make a more workable and forgiving product.I would try to use any other method possible unless I really have to use this. This stuff shouldn't even be sold to regular customers, it's a prescription for disaster. The can doesn't need instructions it needs warnings. You can prep and use all sorts or precautions but is still a PITA!I think this reviewer said it best . . . ."Impossible to work with. Only suitable for new construction BEFORE you have ANY finish surfaces. Won't stay where you put it, gets on your hands, on your clothes, on your walls, on your floors, on your furniture. Next to impossible to remove with anything short of gasoline. Simply evil. And yes, I've been a carpenter for 40 years. I'd rather have air leaks."

Works, but...
OK - I watched all the 'How to' ads on YouTube and read all the reviews. Since I was plagued by bedbugs coming through the cracks in the wall (our bedroom shares a wall with the bathroom - the bedbugs love the moist warm pipes!) I decided to give this product a try.It comes out like whipped cream or shaving cream. Perhaps a highly coordinated person could , with practice, achieve the thin line the guy in the videos gets, but I certainly couldn't. I ended up doing what I could and smoothing it out with a scraper. It ruined the scraper, but it only costs $3.95, so who cares.
