This stuff works, but can reduce signal strenth/range cell phones and wireless routers
I did my entire garage (xcpt the O/H doors with this stuff. It heats for a fraction of the cost my last garage did. It paid for itself in a couple of propane deliveries. Properly taped it kills drafts, keeps in the heat in the winter and out in the summer. My garage is an extreme example (one O'H and one personnel door plus a heavily insulated swinging box on the exhaust fan kept closed when fan not in use - no windows - only other opening is one outside ele plug-in. Material is flexible, but does NOT stretch, so if you start crooked you have to start over or do patch work. Staples easily, but you need good scissors or a sharp knife to cut it. best to put up like wallpaper ie.

Good stuff, easy to use
I gave it five stars on maneuverability but really it’s a tool of foil..... how maneuverable do you expect it to be?Any way it is good stuff good quality I plan to use more and I recommend it to my friends.

Blocks EMF, very resilient, does not tear.
Just like the ad said, it does not tear when installing it. I put some on the wall to test and it blocks the radio frequency from entering. This stuff is quite resilient and can take some pretty rough handling so if you are into aluminum foil stuff you might ought to try this. Thanks for offering it in small quantities so we can afford to improve our homes gradually.

Great product, if you get what you ordered....?
First the positives: This radiant barrier is pretty good quality. The aluminized finish is good, the product is tear resistant and fairly easy to work with. I like that the seller has a small roll option (250 sqft) which is perfect for renovations, additions, or sheds. I expect that it will work well and reduce radiant heat if installed correctly with an airgap because it had a high reflectivity coating and the rest of the process is just physics. Overall, I was very impressed with this product. Now the negatives: This is advertised as perforated. The item is definitely not perforated. I contacted the seller (who was great to work with) and they confirmed I ordered perforated radiant barrier, and quickly shipped me out a new roll.... which was not perforated. I unrolled it a bit and had 2 other people inspect it with me... definitely not perforated. It is important to understand your specific use/installation and the products air permeability / perforation in order to prevent moisture and mold. This product may work for your application, but it wasn't what I was expecting. If the product I received was perforated (or correctly advertised as non-perforated) I would definitely give it 5 stars.

Excellent Product
Really does its job reflecting heat in my attic.Foil is the best, dont waste your money on radiant barrier paint. Paint reflects 20 to 40% of radiant heat. Foil reflects 97%Easy to install. Just staple it to your rafters. Do t staple to roof. Roof wood is plywood and staples have a hard time going into plywood. The raptors are pine. This foil is ventilated which is a must.Watch the U Tube videos on installation . Getting this on Amazin is way cheaper than Home Depot

After a lot of research my husband and I decided ...
After a lot of research my husband and I decided to take a risk and purchase this while refinishing our upstairs loft for our two tween boys. We are so thankful we did!!!! Worth every penny and more and has drastically improved the comfort quality upstairs. It was hot, laborious work installing the liner but it wasn't hard. Just hot and messy. Buy it, you won't regret it when you're done (I do suggest lots of cold beer to get you through the install however).

Caused condensation and Mold
Caused Mold and the ceiling to be torn out. We noticed water spots and when we investigated we had so much condensation built up that it ruined our rock wall insulation and tongue and grove ceiling. It was raining and pouring water from the ceiling. We had to tear everything out and wasted about $500 worth of materials. We think we did not receive the perforated product we paid for. We now have to treat Mold before we start all over again but this time without the radiant barrier.
