Real Tanned Coyote Hide Fur Pelt Face Tail 56-64" USA (Grade #1)

I admit I was skeptical of buying a real pelt off of Amazon. But I was pleasantly surprised. I'm no expert in the subject but the fur feels great, the hide looks good, and I can't find any holes, or bald spots. I'm happy with this buy and this will make my SCA outfit look that much better

I'm terribly disappointed with this purchase. I had planned on using the head to make a pair of mittens, but that's not possible as the ears are missing, and the eye holes were a bit messed up. The front legs are missing as well as 1/2 the back legs. The color is nice, but the fur is thinner than I was expecting, puny tail; perhaps it was not harvested at the peak of winter when it would have way more underfur? It also has the most unpleasantly weird smell.
