I suffer from whiplash injury. My neck is in constant pain because of the nature of my job, I care for my children all day long and all of the constant crouching over and holding them in my arms (and them thinking that my back is a perfect place to practice their climbing skills) just makes my neck hurt so bad. I’ve been going to chiropractic care for a year and although it helps, I need to go every week or my pain comes back.Now that I have found this, my pain levels dramatically decreased. Even my chiropractor noticed that my back is so much more relaxed and healthy. I cannot recommend this enough. I was considering getting steroid injections, but not anymore.Thank you.

I can only use this for 15 minutes max. It did what it was supposed to and it does ease the tension which in my book meets the requirements. I have to say that it is uncomfortable, though. Product suggests 15 minutes but I felt like I could barely use it that long. I went with another product though I still have it. It could be that my neck muscles are too weak and that's why it hurts. I also did have shingles that left me with some chronic (if not psychosomatic) pain.

Guys, seriously. This cervical neck pillow is SOLID! To any who complain that it's "too hard", maybe reading the sellers description a little more closely will help. *Pillow* is definitely a misnomer if you're looking to use it through the night. But they pretty specifically state that it should only be used for small increments of time.Personally, when trying to realign things like bones and body parts that are out of whack, I'm all about having something that ISN'T all soft, squishy, and likely to fall apart in the near future. I'm almost positive that's what got me here in the first place! 🤣Because I might be just a tad high-strung (😬), I'm prone to some pretty hard core anxiety. Which in turn makes my shoulders and neck tense up, leading to more incapacitating migraines than I'm interested in. 😜 So far, this "pillow" has done a really great job! Not only does it physically force my angry tense little vertebra to take break, it also allows me 10 minutes to check in with my angry tense little brain. Using it once or twice a day significantly reduces the number (and severity 🥳) of headaches I experience and my entire upper body simply feels... better. 🤷‍♀️Obviously, ymmv, but unlike a payment to the chiropractor, this can at least be returned if you discover it's not your jam.

Nowhere in the Amazon site page does it show the PRECAUTION as stated after the simple instructions IN VERY SMALL PRINT" PRECAUTIONS: Children, pregnant women, maternal and women during menstual, [sic] cerebral thrombosis patients, hypertensive patients, diabetics, patients with cardiac insufficiency and people with cardiac pacemakers, do not use this product. "Only if you read beyond the instructions, presented in unusually fine print, will you find these situations that could be detrimental to your health. In addition to these dire consequences, my personal experience was discomfort as in my situation, I have muscular tension due to pain caused by compressson in the cervical neck area. The pillow is very firm and not comfortable for me.Be careful in making your decision. Mine is going back. Viva le Prime !

It has very very little impact.. If any.. I would go with something else that can help more

I've been working on a computer all day forabout a year now, and it's really taken a toll on my posture. I've been doing posture exercises and adding this little wedge has definitely helped. I would recommend it for anyone that is really interested in improving their posture for neck and shoulder pain. I stress the "really" because there will probably be some discomfort or soreness at first since it is aligning to the proper possition; I use it a few minutes a day on the floor.As a side note, if you have a thick neck you might want to measure it to make sure the wedge is wide enough for you. I showed it to one person and theirs didn't fit. Which is too bad, hopefully they have a bigger option at some point.

This is the kind of product that is quite uncomfortable when you use it and result in no real benefit after you're done using it, I also find that it is quite odd that the fine print states that you cannot use the product if you are pregnant which really makes me wonder how safe it is. We used this item a few times and never again because it resulted in no change. Honestly it's the type of thing that you purchase because of the gimmicky claim and use a few times and then dump in the back of your closet. You will be better going to a physical therapist then thinking this toy will help you. Pure waste of money.

First: I am a Therapist, so I knew basically what I was looking for in this product line. A good knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology will go a long way in the proper use of this tool. I used it for 20-30 minutes after first receiving it and the results were phenominal for cervical traction, stretching, and trigger point treatment of the suboccipital region. Proper positioning is essential to get the results that you want. It's not magic out of the box therapy without the proper training. This product is definitely worth the price. Very well built and easy to clean.

I like the design, the design is on to something. The parts that bulge out at the top are not long enough, or hard enough and too round - as a result, it doesn't open up my neck in the way I expected.. I'm a 6ft male

I bought this hoping that I would get a good neck stretch out of it (for Cervical arthritis) and using it alone I never found it did just that. The knobs in the back felt good and were placed perfectly but I wasn’t getting that stretch I needed until I brought it to work and a friend suggested I try putting a book underneath. It was perfect! It took a bit to find a book with the perfect thickness for it but once I did I loved it!

This takes some getting used to and likely regular use to feel the results. I've used it a few times and found it a bit awkward though I can see the potential -- it definitely stretches and helps the neck and shoulders. It's not a "pillow" at all so the description is a bit misleading.

I was very excited when the device arrived. But, this device is by far to hard and uncomfortable, the nobs leave red marks on my neck which last a very long time before disappearing. I tried to cover it with a wool hat but still didn't feel better. I tried it again a second night......The worst night ever. My skin is too sensitive to endure this torture.

Looks just like the photo. You can over stretch your spine waaay to easily.
