I was excited about getting this book for my classroom, however, I was not expecting the pages to be like that of a child's coloring book. Also had hoped for real pictures/graphics and maps, but there aren't any, just the same clip art kids over and over. There are a lot of facts, but disappointed with the quality. The cover is decent quality.

I liked everything about this book: Information, illustrations, narrative. It is great for kids and some adults, like me who needed some prepping re Geography. Buy it--you'll like it..

Early elementary - fun to sit and read while looking at pictures but not much else. A homeschool library could do without but if your little one likes the topic and would pick up the book again and again it would be worth the purchase.

Books says the bluegrass state is Tennesse. I live in Kentucky and it's the bluegrass state 🤔 so wondering if all these facts are correct. I was expecting a book not a workbook. The pages are very thin paper.

The lower Elementary school curriculum does not teach much about geography. My kid is going to be eight, and I found this book a good bridge for my kid to get some basic knowledge about the world. She found it informational and fun. She might not read every section of the book, since some terminologys could be difficult for an eight year old, but my goal is to open her mind to a different science field, which I think this book serves the purpose. I recommend this to parents who want their kids to be well-rounded.

This book has some interesting facts in it that are not found in other geography books for children. It also has good summaries of each region on the globe. However, I don't know how the publisher can say this is an "Everything" geography book when there is not a single map in it! That is just crazy. It if had maps, I would recommend it. As it is, however, I'd skip it.

The content of the books is okay (I bought 2), however, trying to keep small children interested in the bland looking pages is nearly impossible.

Great book

This book looks fantastic on the cover. Inside it is almost all long lengths of text with no pictures to illustrate the text and everything is in black and white. Not remotely engaging for children, I didn’t even want to read it as an adult! I couldn’t flick though to find the Grand Canyon or Great Barrier Reef or anything advertised on the covers. Very disappointing and I will be returning the product.

My 5 year old showed no interest at all and I wasn't really surprised because a lot of it was writing and seemed like an adult book not a kids book

I was very disappointed when this book arrived as I'd expected it to have colour photos and pictures inside instead its a very boring black & white text and pictures! Not very interesting for my kids and they have not wanted to read it.The only plus with this book is that there are some new facts that I haven't seen before but that is it!Don't expect much information on anything, for example the Great Barrier Reef was 1 paragraph!Not recommended at all, buy something else.

Very disappointing book not child friendly all black and white no colour very few pictures information mainly all about specific countries wish I read the reviews first. More suited to a 13-14 year old who likes to read
