The media could not be loaded.  This is a well made string with good tight serving and good strands. These strings run true to the stated size. This is a pleasant experience as this is the 3rd string I purchased on Amazon trying to get the right fit. I used the age old method of taking the AMO length and subtracting 4 inches to come up with a string length that has worked in the past. 64" - 4" equals a 60". This string fits as it should, not like others I purchased that were measured under tension to the outside of the loops making them a little too small for a 64" bow. Because of this experience from the other string manufacture, I decided to buy two strings from this company a 66 and 64 AMO. As it turned out because these are made true, I really only needed to buy the one size.1. It is assembled well.2. The string is very solid in appearance and feel.3. The string is built to standard lengths for many bows.4. The string shoots well.5. The package arrived quickly.6. I ordered 14 strand because my bow is 47 pounds and the string fits my nocks well.7. I would recommend this string to a friend.8. I would purchase again.9. It works with my ILF set up.

I received the bow string today and just put it on my bow. When i put on the fur silencers I noticed a few strands sticking out of the bundle, I then waxed the string and more showed. i then checked Brace height and nock point with the normal bow string square and the serving started showing fraying.I'm now done with setting up and the string looks worse than the one I wanted to replace.With No arrows shot and only drawn fully 3 or 4 times.

I used this string on my sons bow and at first it seemed okay but we quickly realized some things were not right. The first thing we noticed is the center serving is not in the correct spot, its way to low. By the time we got the nocks on the string he only had about a 1/2 inch of serving left before it was just exposed string. The other thing that is really odd is the string color coming out of the serving is a silver, white color and then it transitions to black, not sure what that is but it can't be normal because I've never seen that. The last thing is the serving around the limb loops are not wrapped well because on the corners of the string loop the serving is already separating. I tried contacting the company about the problem but all they said is they don't understand why the string has problems and if I want to return it I can. The problem with that is not everybody uses what they buy right away and my son got this for his birthday a few months ago and unfortunately just started using it so the return window is past. So just a warning they claim to have a warranty but it looks like its only during the return window. I'm not sure if these issues are a fluke but if not it may be safer to look elsewhere.

I've been shooting with it for the past few days and I have no complaints whatsoever. Though I have taken one class in archery, I can't profess to be an expert on all the aspects of the required length for my specific recurve bow, so I ended up successfully guessing near the length I thought I would need. It shoots just fine and has no frays thus far. If you're a beginner at archery, one way to avoid string frays is to put some chapstick of some sort on the string after a lot of use. I'm sure there is actual lubricant meant for bow strings, but if you want to just use chapstick until you buy the right stuff, I'm sure it would accomplish the same goal.

I had a youth bow that I have own forever with no strings in my shed. Figured out how to measure correct string and got this string. It is waxed and good quality. Got a few arrows and now my nephew shoots boxes when he comes over.Great product great price! Way cheaper than the bow shop in my town.

I just tried out the 16 strand on my 50lb draw recurve bow and this string is phenomenal! Very high quality; a lot more quiet than my old string, with a lot less vibration. My arrows glide off of it, smooth as can be. Highly recommended!

Maybe it was my fault but I ordered the length of the bow string and entered that as the length. It seems when they say "size" they mean AMO length. Maybe instead of "length" they would put "AMO length" and when you click on "size chart" it wouldn't pop up with "Size chart is currently not available for this product. "

I'm not too qualified for discussing how strings but this one wasnt too bad in my amateur opinion. It hold well and is really sturdy only issue would be the premade loops at the end. They are quite small so having them go around a bow with sizable ends wont work. You're better off just getting string and making your own. The ends are like half an inch in diameter and the other is closer to an inch so they arent really big at all but the length of the string it self is nice.
