Beautiful and just right
I had a very bad fall recently. I don't want to use a cane but feel like the stability of an aid is needed. I live in an area where walking sticks (staffs) are not uncommon. I decided to fit in and go this route. I am still adjusting to my new staff but love it already. It was the right choice for my peace of mind. As for appearance, I have received so many compliments on this beautiful "accessory". It is one solid piece and has a beautiful natural curve under the carving creating the twist. I am 5 foot 6 and the height is perfect. I am pleased that it is also very light weight and fits my hand perfectly.

Nice!
I wanted a walking stick over a cane, and this product fit the bill. Nice finish, very sturdy feeling, and just the right length for my height. I was hoping for a relatively straight piece, without any major crooks in it, and I received one with just enough of a deviation that it gives the thing character. If there were one thing I would change, it is to not have the hand area milled/sanded down quite so much. It's a little thin (small in diameter) for my hand, and when combined with the smooth finish, it makes for a less than stellar grip. To remedy that, I applied a thin leather wrap (ordered on Amazon) that is used on the handles of tennis rackets. Not only did it take care of any of my concerns, but it also looks fantastic. I highly recommend this upgrade if you have the same opinion I have of the handgrip area. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase, and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a sturdy, classy looking walking stick

They're real. Hand crafted. Tree limbs. Customizable
I got the 60" walking sticks - for some reason, I bought two.I got a good price on both. They're hand crafted in the U.S.A.When I grab one, I get the feeling that I'm Moses, and I can hold the stick up, and shout 'Let My People Go.' Of course, this falls on deaf ears, and I feel like a bit of an idiot after doing it.I thought about using both sticks for exercise (there are some routines online). One stick was larger than the other. These are made from tree limbs, with any large branches removed. The whole stick is sanded, it's coated with a brown shellac. A medallion is put near the top, and a rubber tip is added.Pretty simple. One of the things that I appreciate is that if you buy a larger stick than you want, you an cut the stick shorter - to the length you want - and reattach the rubber tip.I'm not sure if I'll actually use these sticks. I may cut them down for use as canes. BUT they look good. They're American made, and if you need a walking stick, these are a good choice.

What a great walking stick!
This is an amazing walking stick! The quality of this piece is so good that I have order three more! I am 66 years young and I love walking especially doing the fall of the year. These sticks are so strong and steady they can last a lifetime. Oh I forgot to mention they are really nice looking sticks. Very well made!

Bamboo walking stick, works perfectly, I hike river shore boulders and rough terrain.....
Light, and excellent height, I use the 58 inches size.Bamboo is light and strong. I do not overstress the stick prying downed tree branches.I've been using the sticks I find along the river, up to now, for river shore hiking. Now this is my FIRST ever store bought walking stick, just to check out how a store bought higher quality stick compares to what I gather and have used for years.Where I hike, Ohiopyle State Park, the Youghiogheny river shore massive and medium size 'boulder fields' up and down the river at the Park, there are yearly deposited "beaver cut walking stick" sized sticks, that I've been using, and my truck bed is full of all my "backup" walking sticks.I wanted to see and compare a store bought stick, the people who made the bamboo stick I purchased did a good job. I've done the toughest sections of the river shore boulders, and the rubber tip is quite helpful.I will be purchasing MORE tips, as I really put the rubber tip to high volume use, and rely on it not slipping, and it works well.Thankyou Brazo's stick makers, the bamboo one is a pass by me. 58 inch because I constantly am using the longest size of the sticks, to steady my scrambling between and to and from boulders.

Best ever walking stick
Made from very hard wood. Pretty spiral design. Beveled grip and wrist strap. Rubber end for gripping surfaces. Perfect length for me at 5’5”.

I love it!
The media could not be loaded. I love the shape of my stick! It feels like a wizard staff. Maybe I can learn to fight with a staff like Gabrielle (if you know, you my kinda people).I bought a 55” and cut off 3”. It feels really nice and definitely helps my back by having support.

"It's a stick"
"It's a stick", a very nice stick, well crafted and very solid, Brazos spends time to create a beautiful, functional walking stick, but it's still a stick. One other thing, the colour is nothing as shown, it's closer to grey than brown.

Fabulous artisanal walking stick
I have purchased a number of items from this company through Amazon and I have yet to be disappointed. I bought their hame topped cane and three different walking sticks. This one is the same as the other three in regards to quality, finish, and looks.Amazon definitely has better prices than the Brazos website and they carry discontinued models as well which is nice because some of those were were pretty decent. That said, I recommend If you have a problem with any of your products to go directly to the Brazos website. They have much better service options and I highly recommend doing that instead of going through Amazon. For example, the hame topped cane had a crack was scratched in a couple of places on e the brass handle. Amazon offered a 20% discount. Brazos refunded the price and I got to keep the cane.Highly recommended products.
