they are simply delicious. Very high calorie for one little sausage, but we have learned to live with it and use them wisely. Great with scrambled eggs - if you drain the fat, and fantastic with shredded Brussels sprouts in a wok - if you don't drain the fat

Used to love this stuff so I tried this brand and it was horrible, one package wasn't even sealed so no more mail order sausages for me.
