A4503, Goodman OEM Furnace Inducer, 0131M00002P

This condenser fan motor was the same brand and model # that came with my Goodman 2.5 ton AC and was easy to install. I paid $98 for it. It has been working perfectly since July 2020. The previous year, I paid an AC company $850 to replace the fan motor on another unit and found out later how easy it is to do, and how much money I would have saved. I also replaced the capacitor, which cost me about $20. Plenty of online videos to learn from.

Product worked great, now the fan spins smoother and even feels more powerful. We did it ourselves and saved tons of money. Hope it last, we will see.

Ordered this as it was the exact replacement for the fan motor in our 2012 Goodman AC condenser unit. All the specs on the label matched perfectly (RPM, amps, poles (8P), direction, hp, speeds (1sp), etc). Price was reasonable. The replacement is made in Vietnam. The original does not say where it was made.There are videos on YouTube of how to replace the motor on a Goodman unit. Search for that, as there are some good tips there. It’s not a hard job if you are prepared and take your time.Our original motor was making a bit of a scraping noise. After replacement and also cleaning of the fan blades, the AC is once again purring quietly when in operation. Very happy with this perfect replacement.Important: keep the four nuts and washers from the original motor. The new one does NOT include them. Just reuse the old ones.

The motor works for a replacement for a goodman AC compressor. The product arrived in a well-packed box. I was able to install this and test same day. The motor works without any issues or noises.

Easy Install. Would be nice if they included the seal like others on Amazon.

This replacement was a simple direct fit for my twenty years old plus condenser fan motor. Because I figured it impossible to get the fan blade off the old motor, I replaced the blade too. Glad I did because the old blade seems to be permanently attached to the rusty old shaft. Entire job took about an hour.

Motor seems to be holding up really well so far. I'm an ex HVAC tech so this was easy to install for me, but this motor is a direct replacement for many Goodman air handlers so pretty much anyone could replace it themselves. Wires are color matched to OEM motor so just connect the new wires the same as the old wires.
