Best Shoe I Have Ever Owned
I have had plantar fasciitis for years. I play pickleball and was in pain every time I played. This is the first time my feet do not hurt while playing.I am 66, and I have never had a shoe that fits better. I was hesitant as some complained about the inside ankle rubbing. That happened to me on one foot, but it went away after wearing them a few times.I took the shoes to my podiatrist yesterday, and she loved them. The big toe area is straight forward and does not push the big toe toward the other toes. Bob and Brad had a great test for shoes for plantar fasciitis, and this shoe does it all. It is flat with minimal cushioning (amazingly comfortable). It has great stability.I have a narrow heel. My foot feels more secure in these athletic shoes that I have ever had in my life. I have played sports all my life including college basketball.I love these shoes!

Finally...a comfortable pickleball shoe
I have gone through 5+ pairs of shoes looking for some comfortable pickleball shoes. In my search, I have discovered that there IS a noticeable difference between tennis shoes, all court shoes and pickleball specific shoes. Like many that have decided to equip for pickleball, I am used to running shoes. Running shoes have very flexible soles and I like fairly cushioned soles. If your tastes and experience are similar, save yourself done time and rule out those closeout all court shoes. Leave those for the teenagers playing volleyball. Tennis shoes are everywhere and there are tons of options. Tennis shoes, though, are extremely stiff in the sole and upper. These Kswiss pickleball shoes have finally satisfied my needs. They are 1) stiffer than running shoes, but not so stiff that you end up stomping around the court, 2) have good court focused traction, 3) have good cushioning in the sole, 4) have a wide pad of stability and 5) come in several colors that don't look like garbage. General features I like about this shoe: tongue centering loop, decent lace length, extra hole at top for tightening, heel is padded and doesn't slip. Some possible detractors: there is slight rubbing at the ankle as others mentioned, but it was not a bother to me. Also, the toe box is not very square, so that might be an issue if you like a roomy toe box. They are also warmer than I am used to, but I imagine that is the case for most shoes of this style since they are almost all much more reinforced on top than running shoes are. For my tastes and use, this is a great pickleball shoe and meets my needs.

Looks like a good shoe
I have not worn them to play pb yet but they feel comfortable and are lightweight. Also the wide seems like it will give me just enough support without pain on my toes

great pickleball shoes
This is the second pair of KSwiss Express Light shoes I have purchased. I usually wear an 8 and I have a tiny bit of a wider forefoot and a high arch... and right out of the box these were a perfect fit in the regular width, a rare thing for me.I play about about 6 hours of PB per week, the sole wore down a decent amount after 8-10 months of play, I was ready to replace them, even tho worn they are not slippery on a dry court.I did purchase the KSwiss Pickleball Supreme next, and I like the way they feel around the ankle, the toe box seems less constrained than the Express Light, the laces start a bit higher up, so hard to tighten the area just behind the ball of the foot. I had to go up a half size to 8.5, as my toe was hitting the end of the shoe. The Supreme is also comfortable out of the box, compared to Asics, Sketchers and Prince, they were not comfortable at all.The KSwiss Supreme is comfortable yet I think I prefer the Express light overall.

Meh
I know they are supposed to be sturdy but I wish they were more cushioned. Also, I wear a 6 in a street shoe so I bought a 7 in this shoe since I normally size up for athletic shoes. I had very little room at the end of the shoe…maybe like 1/4 inch. I decided to keep them because I thought maybe the close fit would keep me from sliding on the pickleball court.

These are great PB shoes!
Great looking, great grips for the court and really are comfortable. I play 5x week and these are the best PB shoes on the market. Great value for the money, too!

Poor Quality Control - the Left shoe was smaller than the marked size
I love K-Swiss court shoes and have been wearing them for years. When I got this pair, I put them on and noticed that the left shoe, although marked as a size 9, was much smaller than that. My toe was hitting the top of the shoe, which does not happen with the multiple other pairs I've owned. Better quality control is needed at the factory, or wherever the size tags are sown in. Thank you to Amazon for the option to return or exchange them. Hopefully, the next pair will be correct!

Size
Nice trainer, but too small. I saw some reviews saying order a size smaller, so instead of ordering my normal UK size 5 I ordered 4.5. They are too small so I am returning! I couldn't give anymore stars as I don't know the comfort value or how they perfom.
