Customer Service was amazing!
It is always such a breath of fresh air when a Customer Service Department actually services the CUSTOMER!Although the product we received was defective - it was well made.The Customer Service Department made the return process painless which we were very thankful for!This is a good company and they take care of their customers.

arrived with a broken gasket
The pump once fixed is excellent and powerful. The gasket was not fully installed at the plant and I needed to hire a local repair person to fix it; otherwise it leaked and did not work. The repair was easy but the disappointment was deep.

All around terrible
Pump was delivered 5 days late and damaged. Engine would not stay running. Had to replace the carburetor to get it running. Would have returned it if I had the time to be without a pump.
