The product description said these come in as pack of 4. I only got one and have complained to the seller. If they resolve the problem, I’ll change my rating.Beware of exactly you get despite description.The band itself looks like it’s of great qualityUpdate: I have upgraded my review from 2 to 5 owing to how well the company responded to my complaint about the bands. They seem to have corrected the advert to show exactly what you get, and by way of compensation, sent me a full set of bands, which is what I thought I was originally buying. The customer service team were quick, responsive and did the right thing.All the bands are quality ones and look really durable. They are great for numerous exercises with a great range of strengths.

The advertising says core Balance resistance Bands set of 4 , but you will only receive one band unless of course you pay 4 times . Deliberately Misleading and against consumer protection and unfair trading .

Misleading! almost fraudulent, this is clearly not the same value for money a customer expects when receiving only one band while being sold/shown 4 (as shown in the main picture and described "Resistance Bands" with an "S"). Poor value for money when paying almost £20 for only a single band (usually the price set by competitors for the complete range of bands)

Arrived today, more than a week earlier than expected due to current situation and I am so far very impressed. The bands were well packaged, nicely presented in colour coded wraps. All bands appear and feel heavy duty and fit for purpose. I am very pleased I ordered the set of 4 as the different widths offer great workout variation and after only a few hours I am looking forward to further enjoying using the bands. From the information E booklet to the bands themselves, the impression of Core Balance is very good indeed. I only hold back from 5 stars as I need to test the bands with body weight exercises. I am pretty confident they will be up to the job. Great first impressions

My black band broke during my first workout.I have asked seller for them to send me another product and will wait for their reply. but was Initially very happy with the resistance difference between the two bands as I have also bought the red band.I will continue to use the red band! I’m hoping this does not break either!Will happily change my review when given another band and tested both bands out for a week or so.

Using it to learn assisted body pull ups - so far so good. It is so strong I can’t get my foot in for a straight leg pull up, but I can get my knee in and pull up on a bar from there (hammer hold). Focusing on slow eccentrics (lowering slowly) to build that initial strength.

My resistance band finally arrived today. There were delays to my delivery which is understandable in the current environment we're living in. I used it straight away and I love it. It will serve it's purpose until my gym reopens, but I will continue to use it over the summer as I prefer to exercise outside (if we ever get out of lockdown that is and that's dependent on everyone following the government guidelines --- please). I have no hesitation in recommending this seller and I will be buying more products as I need them.

Very good bands. Purchased for home workouts while the gyms are shut.Would say they are normal length, not massively long so would struggle with the band under foot whilst standing up, and trying to reach up high.But can improvise with other exercises.5*
