Great suit, overall design is pretty cool and practical so getting in and out is quick.As some of the other reviews have mentioned the sizing guide seems to be a bit inaccurate, I'm 5ft 6 146lb with 41 inch chest so its recommended a large size, but after checking out some vids on YouTube I decided on a medium which fit me well.If your in XL territory or you have substantial mass in your traps, delts and back, you will need to probably size up.I don't have a particular muscular frame and a very minimal "V" going on, and I feel a comfortable snugness to my suit (which I like) without impinging my shoulders movement.So far I have used it for multiple running and shadow boxing sessions, and as expected you get a great sweat on. Once finished I just turn inside out, shake off and hang up to dry.Haven't had to wash yet as it isn't reeking yet (even though it's pretty much been soaked in sweat for extended periods).You can smell some sourness to it now, so when the time comes I'll probably just hose it down in the garden.Final points, as we are here looking at a sauna suit we probably know what we are getting into, but there seems to be some confusion on the use of it, specifically weight loss.To clarify, you WILL lose weight after training with this (or even doing the dishes in it), BUT is only water weight which will be regained as soon as you re-hydrate.Measuring your progress purely based on this is not a good\healthy indication for realistic sustainable weight loss.Long term weight loss is down to consistent diet and activity - I felt it needs to be said as I've been asked this a few times.If your goal is purely long term sustainable\healthy weight loss, I really cannot recommend this as a purchase.So I guess the 2 scenarios that I would recommend that people buy this suit for is:1. Tool for making weight in some sport2. Likes to sweatI'm the latter as in the cold temperatures I find it hard to get my sweat on.

i am 6ft 2 and just under 18st i bought the xxl 1 and it fitted fine i recently lost over 6st and have hit a wall so seen some 1 down the gym wearing 1 and he said it works great.love the style and design feels great realy well made.you sweat load after my run i end up with wet socks and trainers cant recomend enough

This is a great sauna suit & would have got 5 stars but for the sizing guide. It does exactly what it says & excellent for making you sweat way more than usual, for that it would get 5 stars.Unfortunately I do not fall under any of the sizes in the sizing guide as I am 5’ 8” with a 48” chest & weighing 250llbs so I looked at the manufacturers recommendation of using chest size & weight which suggested 5XL. Airing on the side of caution I ordered a 4XL & waited with excitement for next day delivery which as per usual with Amazon arrived on time. Out of the box & into the Hotsuit &.......I was wearing a TENT! It was MASSIVE!I returned it the same day & ordered another one, XXL which came the next day...perfect size. With the perfect size now known I ordered a 2nd one in a different colour.Just to show how well these work, I lost 9llbs in two days by doing 30 minutes on the running machine each day. I had swimming pools in the arms (disgusting I know) but that is what they are designed to do. Just make sure you take it off while standing in the bath or shower or you will be cleaning up a sweaty mess.

Absolutely brilliant! It does what it says. Whether cycling or running or just general exercise within minutes one can noticed the difference and the amount of sweat dripping. If one wants to shred off the fat faster this really helps.

Great sauna suit.I've actually bought it for myself, even if it's Men Sauna Suit, women can wear it as well.It's a great suit, good quality and nice colour.Worth the money

This suit achieves what it sets out do - I ended up sweating MUCH more than usual after my exercise routine! Really like the quality of the suit too, the fabric feels thick and seems as though it will last.

Smells horrible

Excellent product, Last few times we went with some thinner cheaper ones we found on Amazon , but those ripped almost instantly. This one has lasted through at least four workouts so far… No sign of tearing! Material is also much thicker and much better built than other ones. Would definitely recommend.
