Silicone Stretch Lids 12-Pack, Food Grade Reusable Food and Bowl Covers, Various Sizes and Shapes, No More Plastic Wraps (Blue)

I bought 3 sets. One for me and one for each of my daughters. There is a lot of different sizes. A lid to fit just about anything up to about 8 inches. They are stretchy. I love mine. They are a little thin. When you first open them, they are really stuck to one another. My daughter tore one while peeling them apart to wash them. She had to throw it out due to it was the edge part and it would not stay over the edge of the container. It was the larger square lid. Other than that, so far we really like these.

You know how dryer's eat socks??? Well, my kitchen cabinets must feed on plastic container lids! I have a slew of containers and many have lost their lids and I have lids that don't fit anything!! These silicone covers are fantastic! I DO WISH they made them in some larger sizes to go with this set. Love that I have round and also square ones! I just got them today so can't testify to how leak proof they are but I would assume the tighter the fit, the less likely of spillage. I'll be going through my cupboards and doing a major lid purge today!! Only 4 stars because I need larger sizes. Otherwise.....huge thumbs up!

I'm always looking for lids for my containers and never seem to find the right ones when I need them. These work really well and stretch to fit, so don't need to be the exact fit. I also really like that I can serve something in a ceramic bowl at the table and if there are left overs, I just pop on one of these lids and reheat the next day. They don't work well when wet or if the bowl sides are damp. They slide right off, but if dry, they stretch and cling just right. They wash easily. None have torn, even though I stretch them quite a bit. I wish there were more of the smaller size. The small one fits over an opened can, live olives, perfectly. I will probably order more.

The media could not be loaded.  I was really excited to get these. As soon as I took it out of the package I tried Putting it on a cantaloupe half. My finger popped right through it. I keep my nails trimmed short but the tiny edge poked right through. I got another one and put it on. I put the cantaloupe in my fridge and unfortunately, forgot it. Six days went by and I took it out of my fridge to find mold on it. No big deal I thought. I went to clean it and I could not get the mold off. I thought for sure it would wipe right off but no! I tried stretching the silicone and scrape it off with a paper towel and my nail. Nope! It had grown into the silicone! It’s not coming off. So, the first two I tried are now in the trash! It had to be the round ones too! That’s why I bought them. I’m so disappointed. I wanted an alternative to plastic wrap and plastic lids. I believe I’ll keep looking.

I bought these as an alternative to some plastic stretch lids I have (think shower caps for your food containers) that I have found are very difficult to wash. I am always seeking ways to eliminate the use of single use plastics and food-related waste in general. When these arrived, I was excited to try them (I know, huh!). Of the whole bunch, there are maybe three or four that are usable to me. I do not use square containers, so right off the bat about half of them are useless to me. The round ones and the square shapes both include many smaller, and even tiny sizes that are, again, useless to me, as they are not very stretchy. All told, there are maybe three or four round covers (the larger ones) that are useful to me. Why so many small ones!? Overall, a big disappointment. Update 1/1/22: I have thrown away all but three. Reduced my rating to just one star.

I have been guilty of using saran wrap to cover things for way too long. When I saw these reusable covers, I figured I would give it a try. They are fairly thin and very flexible, and very easy to pull over containers. This pack also comes with covers of various sizes and both round and square. I just used it to cover the basil aioli (feeling fancy because this is my first time making it) so it could chill in time for dinner. I will admit that I did not turn the dish upside down to see if the cover would hold, but let’s be honest, when do we do that when we use saran wrap anyway? Its easy to clean and I will be using them more often. I’d like to think that Mother Earth is happy with me right now.

UPDATE: Sadly, a few of these have broken in the 9 or so months I've used them. I think they need to be thicker to be lasting...rather than contributing to more landfill bulk :(I can't tell if these are dishwasher safe...but even if they are, I can't figure out how to arrange these to get clean. So...handwashing only but it saves on waste and works REALLY well to keep things airtight. I LOVE them!!I appreciate the variety of sizes to fit round, square, etc containers taht either I want a better seal on or I've broken/lost the original lid.

These are great and can be stretched to fit on most containers. Came in both square and circle shapes. Buying and throwing away saran wrap is a waste and this also keeps the plastic from touching food. Silicone is safe to touch food as it doesn't transfer any hormone disrupting chemicals while heating and cooling.

This item had a horrible strong perfume/chemical smell and were terrible, useless. Also I returned it and got a refund, then got charged again, said it wasn’t returned. I printed their label, took it to the post office the day I got received it. So don’t have the item and was charged for it. They sent me an email I replied and nothing. Don’t buy it!
