Do you remember when philli was in blocks like butter, when it was tasty & good ? Well this Yorkshire delight would certainly have given it a run for its money. I came across this delightful cheese while looking for a good thick almost crumbly cream cheese for making cheesecake, this Longley cheese will now be my first choice at all times, the flavour ,the texture ideal for baking and yet still tastes great on crackers , in sauces etc, put all those over whipped over processed cheeses to shame. Absolutely recommended this product

The best soft cheese
I’ve always been a fan of Philadelphia cheese but Longley farm’s soft cheese is even better. So moreish spread on a toasted bagel, even better when topped with a little smoked salmon. Great for Christmas breakfast but affordable all year round.
