Worked perfectly!
I use UV as an added measure for using well water. I noticed that my UV light was out. I replaced the bulb with a new one, and it didn't come on. I figured it was the ballast. I looked locally, and it wasn't available. I placed an order around 10PM for next-day delivery. The item showed up at 7:00 PM. Installing it took me 15-20 minutes, and it worked perfectly. The ballast that died lasted 18 years (same model and brand). I am curious to know how long this will last. I do change the bulbs annually.

Solved my Problem
My master bathroom has an over-sink wall fixture that uses CF bulbs (3), with each requiring a separate ballast. It was purchased when CF bulbs were a relatively new technology. I really like this fixture despite difficulties finding the CF lamps at a reasonable price nowadays. The ballasts eventually fail, causing a premature burnout of the lamp. Replacing the ballast took less than an hour and fixed the problem.

All wiring leads are solid core not stranded
The unit is performing correctly, but replacing a prior unit (same model) I had to splice into existing stranded wiring which made the repair take longer than expected.

Great replacement for old style ballast
I have a old two lamp F15/T8 fixture that had two transformers and a start button to light the lamps. This replaced both of those ballasts and it works great.

Incomplete shipment
Ordered to replace UV water treatment ballast. Ordered this exact part number WH22-120-C by Fulham, but what was sent lacked the 4 pin lamp connector. Just loose wires.

great improvement
installed in a vintage drafting lamp. no more buzz. did have to "hide" a new on/off switch on the back of the lamp as it wouldn't turn off with the original momentary switch. now with new natural color tubes and quietness, it's a pleasure to use.

Perfect
Arrived on time. Needed this for my master water uv antibacterial light system for my well. Exact replacement, fixed the problem of not lighting that my local supplier sold me an overpriced bulb to fix! When i called back the local supplier they tried selling me a whole power unit!! For under 19$ you can't beat it. Cut out the middle man and save yourself $
