Very helpful in covid times
Great machine, with covid we were worried as of family members having C.O.P.D and also asthma, so we though we should get one just in case. We found this one very helpful, expensive but with the medical needs we thought worth it. Also checking that the item was coming from the UK was important too, so was very pleased.My only disappointment is receiving a import duty & VAT invoice a while after, which I hope will be refunded to me.

Compressed air! NOT concentrated O2
Bought this for use incase of Covid, never had to use it. But recently my son had a wheezy spell so tried this on him. I measured his blood oxygen using SpO2 meter, his o2 dropped! From 95pc to 92pc . As soon as I take this off it comes back up to 95pc . Repeatedly. I tried it on myself for 20min - no change in my heart rate, no effects of toxicity at all. Definitely not worth it, would be better of going for a walk.

Helps with COPD
My mum came out of hospital panicking about not having oxygen. So, this isn't the same as an oxygen tank (prospective buyers, DO do your homework on what these are), but it does safely increase the oxygen level a fraction to help with COPD.

Good quality. Would have liked the option of a mask rather than just nose tubes.

Kept my dad alive for a couple of extra days
Needed something when my dad oxygen levels were low but wouldn't go to hospital because he was EOL and covid restrictions, this made a notable improvement to his o2 levels and made him more comfortable in his final days at home

No repairs backup
liked the machine when working. water tank sprang a leak lots of very polite emails back and fore promise of replacement tank to date nothing. had to buy replacement machine which i wish i had done in the first place

Expensive but definitely worth it
My daughter has severe epilepsy and during a seizure her oxygen levels drop, this is perfect it helps maintain her 02 so means she can stay out of hospital.My only issue was it was ordered by the seller straight from the manufacturer as they ran out and I had to pay import duty on it.Though this was refunded by the seller just a bit if hassle.It only comes with a nasel canula so we had to by a mask seperatley..
