I almost did not buy this because of all the reviews saying the size is wrong and that its made for children. I was okay with making some adjustments to it myself but I DIDNT HAVE TO DO THAT AT ALL! The sizing on the listing is completely correct! Honestly, it has a little bit MORE stretch than it says!I dont know if other reviewers just dont know how to measure themselves correctly or the seller fixed the sizing since then but i have 38 inch hips and this fit no problem at all.The shape is great and it holds up sturdy. Im used to having to go over seams on cheaper amazon purchases but one didnt require anything like that.If the other reviews ARE accurate, the seller has definitely fixed the issue. It fits, it looks nice, and i love the shape!

I got it for myself to make my short dresses look fluffy.It is actually small enough to fit my 5 year old little sister.I can still fit into it but with difficulty getting it on.I was hoping the fabric would have layers so it would be fluffy

Please, please read all reviews and Q&A before purchasing this garment!! The description implies that this item accommodates both woman and girls, but is quite misleading. The sizing runs somewhat on the smaller side of the spectrum and would be more ideal for those with smaller frames. This item is not adjustable for those with curvier hips and thigh proportions.There is very little elasticity in the waistband, and taking it in too much could alter the fit and hoop effects.The material is thin, has no stretch, and tears easily, but the hoops are sturdy and flexible for storage. My daughter wears size 12 normally; she was unable to pull the skirt up over her thighs and booty with ease, and the back ack seam tore during try-on, Since the item was already damaged, I decided to rip out the waistband seam to make sure it would otherwise fit.While the quality isn’t fantastic, it is decently priced and works perfectly with my daughter’s Lolita costume. With an altered adjustable tie waist and reinforced seam, it will be a nice addition to our Halloween costume collection.

This was about what I expected. The elastic is kind of tight for me around the waist (115 pounds) and may hurt if you wear this for long periods of time. However, it’s very lightweight and easy to sit in. I haven’t needed too, but I believe the rings can be slightly adjusted to make them a little bit larger or smaller. For the price it was as I expected it to be.

It fits good but wearing it for hours at a time with multiple other layers, it starts to hurt your waist a bit.

Purrfect little Hoopskirt, it works well, and folds up nicely when not in use. It really adds flare to little dresses and skirts! The poof this hoopskirt gives is just adorable! This hoopskirt amps up the cuteness in lolita dresses ten fold! Totally recommending this hoopskirt if you are going for that extra adorable poofy look! The hoopskirt itself is comfortable and so far there has been no problems with dancing or sitting. Almost got this hoopskirt in black, but after thinking about it, ended up ordering it in white; seeing as the white would work under a black dress, but the black wouldn't work under a white dress. Taking into account a GUY bought this to use it, the seller could remove the "Women Girls" labeling on their product; it is 2020 now, Women and Girls are not the only ones who wear Hoopskirts and Petticoats.

This was bought for my 4' 10" granddaughter to wear with a dress for Halloween. It was too short. It made the dress puff out in a weird way. Not at all as described!
