Easy to install. Worked great for my use.
The instructions were easy for me to understand. Fairly good wiring diagram. The instructions were very small and hard to read. Was able to enlarge a copy of them. Would suggest applying 12 V in a comfortable area for programming. It may take a little to get used to programming it. Seems to work very good. This is the second one that I have installed. The first one was three years earlier and got hit by a lightning strike and took it out .

Works as described
Seems to work as advertised. I uploaded a picture of the instructions as they are not online that I could find. Hopefully if I loose it, it will be here.

Works great once you figure it out
I was using this as a keypad for a home made gate controller that I made using car relays. I needed a 12V "signal" to activate the relays. This one is especially good for this because you can adjust the duration of the "signal" from .2 to 99 seconds. For my application, one second was the right duration. The instructions aren't very good. I recommend getting a 12v power supply or battery and programming it in a comfortable place versus trying to do it after the final install. One catch is that you have to program all the rfid keytags in one operation. If you just do one at a time it deletes the last one you added. Also, the entry code is your numbers followed by the # sign.Wiring is a little different as well. It does have a relay output of the usual Comm, NC (normally closed), and NO (normally open). However, it seems to have a diode or is positive ground because if you attach a 12v lead to either the common, or the NC or NO the entire unit shuts down. I could only get it to work as a switch on the ground side of the circuit ie negative leads hooked to both Comm and one of the other outputs. Since my gate opener circuit is a negative ground and I needed a 12v signal I ended up using a DPDT relay with this connected to the negative side of the relay activation circuit to activate the relay and send the signal.

Crap broke before I could even install cheap manufacturing
If it does work it won't for long

Works well BUT the instructions are poorly written.
I will presume that this was translated from another language so didn't come out easy to understand. Suggestion to manufacture is, make it stupid simple with examples, pictures and step by step videos on line so that a new user to your products can just follow an on line tutorial.Make one for adding, deleting, modifying for all new fobs, users and groups.

Not working as expected
It is not a stand alone item and a special power supply is needed. Customer service is poor.
