SalomonMen's Xa Pro 3D Trail Running Shoes

Brilliant shoes, lghtweight yet strong and supportive. I ordered a half size above my normal size, they did fit but still looked a bit smaller than my Merrells which were a half size down. Would recommend.

Bought these for walking in , very sturdy , comfy and with quick release no hassle laces . Be aware the sizes seem smaller , luckily I order a size 11.5 , I am normally an 11 , hard to get on the first time , but once foot was in they were are very comfy , have now given a bit and are easy to get on and off .

However it is quite thin and not hard wearing.My issue is how they were sent by Amazon. See photo. The shoe box was insecure. How it made it through the Evri delivery system untouched is a miracle!No receipt or other return info in the box?

They are brilliant and fit perfectly well,providing you get them 0.5 bigger than your size.they are great all around, light and comfy.very pleased them.

My husband loves them as they are very comfortable, he wears them for walks in the forest and the some trail running ... They clean up quite well

I am using them for walking rather than walking boots as they are lightweight and do the job well.I would estimate that they would be good for trail running based on my experience when I was a runner. I think I will use my boots when walking up mountains for the ankle support but these are great for everything else They look good too

I used to love these shoes for adventure racing. However I have to wear orthotics to support my gait and as a result these shoes are not suitable any more. The tongue wraps all around the foot to the base and that makes it too tight. Real shame. These used to be the best footwear for all terrain, all weather use.

Careful of the size. At least 1size smaller than standard UK sizes. My son has a lovely new pair of shoes.

I buy these for my husband a couple of times a year - he prefers the ones that are not gore-tex because those are hot in summer, but they are good in winter hiking. They are comfortable and the speed lacing system is the best. He like the soles - grippy - and the fact that they are flexible enough to feel the ground and so he always knows what's happening underfoot.

Great for climbing approaches, hikes or even daily walks. Great grip and tread. Highly recommend!
