Is not a cutout. Comes on a huge sheet of cardboard. It's also flimsy for the price. Not what I expected. Plus had delivery problems. Would not buy again.

The colors in the cardboard were faded.
I have one of these cutouts already and this one was faded and the colors were not as lifelike. Returned item.
