The second book in the JKD series.This is an excellent book that is an absolute must if you are looking into Lee's formless art.It takes the basics of what you learn from "Bruce Lee's Fighting Method: Basic Training" and goes one step further. Its describes brilliantly how to execute various techniques, it explains the origin and adaptations of techiniques from other arts (most notably the sticky hands techniques of Wing Chun) and why they have been incorporated.It emphasises time and again how you should carry these techniques out, explains how they should feel to you and others, and goes into detail about what state you should be in while practicing the different types of techniques.Deffinately a must.
