Delicious
In my opinion one of the best goat cheeses out there. The flavour is fresh, not too strong and works quite well on bread as well as a quick snack. For me personally, the best mix is on sourdough bread, with honey and possibly some walnuts. I really enjoy the texture as well, since its smooth but not runny and thereby avoids making a mess.

I’m a bit disappointed with the flavour, it’s quite subtle and I was hoping for a more pungent one. And yet it’s nice, creamy and flavoured.
