The media could not be loaded.  Size: I am a 5’7” American male with moderately large hands. The “large” size is okay for me (see picture); medium probably would have been okay too.The stiff, protective plastic bits of these wrist guards are not strong enough. I broke my wrist in-line skating in 2002 and it never quite healed right. I would not trust these guards to protect my wrist in a hard fall.Absolutely good enough to protect the skin from road rash.

This is a wrist "PAD" not a wrist "GUARD" -the difference being that a wrist guard has a splint that actually prevents hyperflexion of the wrist. These are just "pads" to keep you from scraping the skin of your hands when you fall -but does NOTHING to immobilize your fragile wrist joint. If you are looking for something to protect your wrists in an accident, these will only protect your skin, and will not lessen the impact on your joint! OUCH!.

First day out I fell backwards and put out my hand to catch myself. Without my wrist guards I may have broken my wrist. These saved me a world of hurt.

This product is well made and feels like quality construction.However, as per some other reviews, the plastic is rather soft and can bend easily. The back of the hand does not have a full length padding between the 2 straps which would have added rigidity needed to protect the wrist from excessive bending.I would recommend these guards only if you are looking to protect your palms against scraping on the ground, but I would not trust my wrists to these.

Super comfortable, fit just right and secured - definitely feel safer blading with it. Came in a reusuable mesh bag gonna keep it in there with some other rollerblading accessories I have. I don't mind that it's connected to the label. Great quality happy with the purchase. Would recommend.

Pretty good but not as fully protective as a more bulky set of protectors.They are lighter weight and make me perspire less than bulkier protectionI can't say for sure as I fortunately haven't fallen so this really speculative

Comfortable and form fitting. Easy to put on. I fell onto my hands and it didn't hurt at all. I fell pretty hard too.

Definitely needed this for surf skate. I tend to fall and put my hands down. Bruises my wrist badly so this works perfect

Seems very fragile + size not accurate.

Overall good design, airy and easy to put on.I preferred a more snug fit, this is a personal preference.
