Sturdiwheat Pancake Mix, Buckwheat, 30-Pound Package

I eat Buckwheat pancakes at least once a week . First time buying this brand . This 30 pound mix should last at least a year or so . I put ten pounds of it into a plastic container and the rest sits in the original plastic bag it came in the back part of my Refrigerator . I must say that this is the best add only water Pancake mix I have ever used . The mix rises very well and also , you can see the Buckwheat Specs . ( Just like Vanilla bean specs you see in ice cream ) Since , real Vanilla Extract has been so expensive along with other 's lately , I have been using all of my Liquors sitting in my shelf instead .Such as Anisette , Biscotti Almond , Amaretto, Galliano , Frangelico, Kahlua , just to name a few . I just add a few drops of these Liquors to change up the flavor . Yes , I do top them off with a touch of Real Butter and yes, Real Maple Syrup . It would be easier to handle if they sold six 5 pound bags in one 30 pound box ! That's just a suggestion ! Sometimes , you just have to live a little and enjoy life !!! Good Luck !
