Outstanding product! Let me be clear here. This is not a panacea for everyone. You get only what you are willing to put into it. No exceptions. I have seen comments where an individual was complaining about attaching the straps and attachments prior to use. What in the world? One must attach their key to the door in order to open it if it isn't automatically or electrically connected. I nearly went into cardiac arrest after reading that review. That isn't fair to the manufacturer of the product. This isn't a gym, a spa, a recreation center or anything else like that. The BodyBoss isn't designed to replace those venues it is simply a platform where space is limited and one wants to do some basic physical exercises so that their body doesn't resemble the couch or slumped over chair they have been sitting in for years. I purchased it for squats and find myself doing other exercises that I didn't initially purchase it to actually do. Therefore, let me conclude by saying working out is a choice, no equipment will ever do it for you, you must want it, you are going to feel it, then you got to do it! Great product!!

I can work my all my muscle group and adjust resistance to work for my strength. I originally bought it because of the squat bar! I wanted to be able to do squats at home and was looking at squat racks but HATED that they took up so much space not too mention they were pricey. I saw this and the price was right! The grips on the product are comfortable. It comes with many accessories as well. I have bought countless home gym products and I love the fact that I only need this (although if you have an inclined bench you can even do chest exercises)! I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to work out at home and doesn't want to spend a fortune or is limited on space.

I highly recommend the Bodyboss, but have to say most people will end up spending much more on extra bands, hand grips, and maybe even a curl bar. I bought the XBar to use with it. To do a variety of exercises you will want several extra bands, one or two extra hand grip sets, and perhaps an extra bar. Connect them all at the same time so you don’t have to waist time connecting and disconnecting devices and bands.

Please keep in mind ... 1) There are two packages you can buy one with two bands, and others with four. Mine was the one with four. 2) They only sell packages with one door anchor now.I hope this was insightful and informative.

This order came very late but it was not the sellers fault, rather the shippers. The company once told of the problem shipped another one to me. They were very apologetic, friendly and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again. The product is as described and I had my first full body workout with it yesterday and it was surprisingly effective. Great product, great service.Using this equipment with my personal trainer at home was great. My son and I had a lot of fun testing out the many ways we could use it (even with other bands I had) and it was a truly complete workout. Since that first day with my trainer (I'm 54 with alot of medical issues so I always have to check with him first) I have used it everyday safely by myself and hopefully in three months I'll post some new pics to show my improvement. My only concerns are: 1) the board doesn't lock flat so you have to plant your feet properly or it starts to bend upward (no biggie as it hasn't broken or anything and I'm over 200lbs) and 2) I had to used some extra padding on the bar as I am super sensitive and the bar hurt my neck.

Initially was disappointed because there were issues with their listing regarding the “full” system. Meaning, I was under the impression that I would get 4 resistance bands. Was excited to receive the package only to find out there were only two bands. Company reached out and (I assume) they’ve corrected their listing. Sent me two more resistance bands and a freebie of an ab wheel. I use BodyBoss home gym with Les Mills body pump work out class. Did a lot of modifications just to do the workout but so far I am loving it. Big shout out to the company for reaching out and making sure to make the customer was happy.

bait and switch.... thought I was getting extra set bands. read the description, pretty disappointed could have had same package 20 dollars cheaper. amazon we shouldn't have to sort this stuff out

This is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I keep it in my bedroom and slide it under the bed after using it. Love the fact that I can wake up and get a few exercises done before heading to work, in about five minutes. I'll typically pull it back out when I get home and do the same thing. A couple weeks ago threw it in the car and took it on a trip to use in the hotel room (just the bar, not the whole thing).Have only had it for a month but seems pretty durable and easy to configure for different types of exercise. I mostly do squats, shoulder raises, curls, and bench/row. I used to go to LA Fitness and do the standard bench, squat, row type of workouts but ultimately it was taking up too much of my time, and I'm not so much into gaining "bulk" muscle mass anymore. I quit the gym and was mostly just jogging and doing pull-ups wherever I could find a bar. That was nice but I lost too much muscle after a while, so this has allowed me to gain that muscle back and continue to maintain my strength and flexibility without having to spend so much time in the gym process (getting ready, driving, locker room, lift, shower, etc).I'd recommend it to anyone who wants an easy reason to work out, mobility, flexibility, or strength maintenance, but not necessarily for people looking to gain bulk muscle mass.

I'm waiting for some gym stuff to be delivered and saw these the BodyBoss as away back into trainning after time off from the gym (virus). The key to successful resistance band training is all to do with tensions, resistance, angles and positions; this kit works really well because it gives amazing flexibility by using these principles.The bands are covered to protect from wear and the attachments are of good quality.I've used other bands with the platform with no problems.If you've not used bands before, it would be a good idea to look at some YouTube videos, as they really demonstrate the best band configurations to get the best workout.Having used my bands and this ingenious bit of kit for the last few weeks, I can really feel the difference and have enjoyed the smooth way in which they work. And so I intend to carry on with the bands, even after my weights arrive, because I genuinely believe they provide many things that weights cannot; smooth, safe, natural, versatile and complete movement, good value for money, good for cardio, flexibility and stamina.Don't let the price tag put you off; I'm really pleased I got my BodyBoss and am enjoying finding out even more ways to exercise each day!

Well, it’s not bad. For men, they will need extra bands. You won’t end up like mr universe, but it will keep you fit. But like most exercise equipment, it’s up to you to get it out & actually use it.Few things. Some exercises are not really practical. Looks good on the picture, but in reality No. had to google some as there is nothing to show you what to do. Should come with a dvd. But o the whole, it’s not a bad pice of kit. Just wish I had thought of it.

I ordered the Body Boss home gym as I’m a dementia nurse and working nights renders me unable to go and train safely plus I live miles from a gym. I also sustained an injury during my years as a casual bodybuilder. Admittedly I ordered this with some skepticism but I am so glad that I invested in this product. Lightweight, portable and with the capacity to allow you perform exercises to challenge all body parts..it’s perfect. Nothing like this on the market.

The product was fine, but was let down by the lack of workout ideas. No DVD or workout/exercise ideas

Be aware - the product name is "BodyBoss 2.0: The World's 1st Portable Home Gym - Extra Band Package"; but there are only two resistance bands inside - so this isn't the extra band package. I've given it 3 stars as the product looks good - it just means I've had to spend money buying more bands.
