Delicious, not too hard, perfect for this cake!
These sprinkles were a hit. Adhered nicely to both the strawberry buttercream and the white chocolate ganache. They really added a nice *pop* to a delicious cake. They were a good texture and tasted good too. 100% would recommend.I did add them the day the cake was eaten, so I can't comment on if the color bleeds.
