These are Awesome for HIGH ARCH!!!
So I'm not sure why these only have 3.5 stars???I've got an extremely high arch. I was a Bellerina on toe shoes for many many years. That being said I do believe being born with an unnaturally high arch as it is being on toe shoes for years not only destroyed my feet and caused my arches to be even higher!!! (No I would NOT change being a pro-dancer for much of my life! I Loved it) I'm not a dancer anymore life has a way of sneaking up on you and before you know you're in your 40's ⬆️ and a Granny of three Beautiful Granddaughters! Yes we have our hands full! Anyway, sorry I'm a rambler lol!I've got serious back issues and had to have surgery that fixed the problem while simultaneously giving me another problem.I secretly wish I'd NEVER had my back surgery at all! Even tho we're not sure what could have happened had I not had the surgery, possibly wheelchair. I was also in an extremely abusive relationship for too many years. There was a cyst on my spine the docs were pretty sure was my spinel fluid leaking from trauma.. My body created a wall to contain it. It would have more than likely continued to grow as the pain kept increasing to a point my only other option was mad RX drugs! And NO thank you! I know too many people that have developed a habit from taking the same meds to control pain! My body is very battered but not broken! It kills me every day knowing what my body was once capable of. We all get old! Do NOT beat yourself up over that! Is what I tell myself on the daily! I've lived A Lot in my years. So not only do I have back problems, I've got neuropathy and mental illness but we won't get into all that lol! My feet ache if I don't have support. Let's face it most women's shoes don't have adequate support unless you pay a fortune and then they're not always the cutest. Until now! These arch inserts are Amazing! Mine have to be in a weird spot bc of how high my arches are but they do the trick! I can now wear my cute sandals that don't have much support! Having the correct arch support has made a difference in my days! One wouldn't think just adding some support to shoes could make such a difference! These arches are for a HIGH Arch! If you do not have high arches these will hurt your feet! For me they could be just a touch higher but they work as is! My back pain is greatly reduced, my feet don't ache just standing in place or walking to the coffee store a few blocks down from work when I'm exhausted! They've made a Great improvement in my life! If you've got high arches you will Love these! This is a little tip I learned. Since these stick best on your 1st use wipe your shoe and BEFORE you peel this off the plastic align them w/your arch to figure out where you'll need to place it in your shoe. Then try your shoe on and get an idea of where your arch is in your shoe. I use a pen to make a Very small mark on the side of my shoe where my arch is. Place your arches in and boom! You've got much more comfort in the shoes you've been wishing you could wear!Even with shoes that already have footbed support everyone's arches sit differently. Some even bug me if the support isn't in the right spot I get shooting nerve pain up my foot. It's not the best feeling! I use these arches in some of those kind of shoes as well!I hope all my rambling has helped.Thank You for making these arch supports! I'm a customer for life!

Doesn't stick
I like the product, it helps my poor arches but the glue is pathetic, didn't last a week.

They're ok
I have really high arches... My podiatrist said she always thought she had the highest until she saw mine & my siblings. I actually went to see her because I could barely put pressure on one of my feet & at the ER they didn't find anything broken and referred me to the group she is in. That's when I discovered how high my arches were. Though they hadn't fallen or anything like that yet, she felt that because my arches were so high they were most likely messing with other elements in my foot and causing me to have plantar fasciitis. Before I was fitted with arch supports I had to wear a lovely boot for 6 weeks and my walking was even limited. Not due to a boot - but because it wasn't getting better after the boot! Then I had therapy and was eventually fitted for orthotics. They worked OK in sneakers as long as I went up a half size, and in boots, as long as the heel wasn't over 2"...but they definitely didn't work for flats - which my podiatrist says I should never wear being my arches are so high... So next cane finding shoes that would work either with my prescribed arch supports or get some arch support stickies or find shoes that mold to your arch. These are almost high enough. But I haven't found a way to DIY them to be perfect for my arch. They're pretty solid, and not easy to make them support a higher arch. I ended up giving half of them to a younger sibling that has high arches too, just not as high as mine are. I find that the arch support by Skechers are pretty good & Bzees. There are a few others, but it's mainly hit or miss for me currently.

Seems like a good idea but it's not...
I needed high arch support. I do a fair amount of walking at my job. Having no arch support in my shoes was causing pain to my ankles. I was hoping these were the answer. They were not. They were so uncomfortable and painful. I thought I just had to break them in or something. After I took them off and drive home, I could barely walk. My poor arches hurt so bad. Definitely do not recommend.

Find and Stick
I am submitting my review to let people know of a few things about this product. One: Do not set the gel in the shoe curve, try it in different places until you find the right angle on your foot arch. I was putting it following the shoe shape, the curvature of the shoe, not my foot, and that made the gel feel akward and not natural, people probably knows that, I did not. Anyways, once I found where my heel was in reference of the insole, that is where I left it.Two: the gel glue allows for repositioning of the gel. Once I found the natural curvature of my foot against the shoe, the get stayed there. The gel also allows you to "shape" it a bit towards the insole for a more natural feel. Thank you for making this product available to us in an affortable price.Three: Remember that most of us have one foot shaped different than the other. The get comes in a clear paper sheet, once you remove it, the glue portion is exposed, if you are afraid of loosing the glue while you are figuring out where to put it in your show, you could cut the paper and leave the gel on it, until you figure out where excatly your arch "sits" on your foot. Also, do not feel limited to set it down on the flat surface of the insole. I ended up setting the left foot gel kind of half way in the flat portion of the insole, and another portion of the gel in the shape of the inner side of the shoe, that was the best most natural and most comfortable position of the get for my foot and shoe. I will try to upload a picture to show that.Thank you for making this product available to us in an affortable price.
