Tried three others, these are best.
I have tried: Cosrx ~ 1 star Cover-Dots ~ 3.5 stars Duoderm Extra Thin Dressing ~ 3 stars (for acne cover and healing)I Keep going back to these, as they are the only ones I can use day, and night. They have a tapered edge that lays flat against your skin. Also, they have the most matte finish to them (with the possible exception of Duoderm). Lastly, they have the best adhesion. The adhesive does not aggravate my skin, and it stays on, even in the pool, shower, and when my face becomes super oily. I gave them four stars, because I wish they were just a tad bit more tapered around the edge, although I have to admit, that may not be realistic to expect. About me; I am 37, medium-fair skin, dirty blonde hair, and blue eyes. I have had acne since I was 13. It was the worst in my 20’s. I have deep cystic acne, and it is hormonal. I take Aldacterone/Spironolactone for it. Due to the low dose I am on, I still get the occasional cyst, and some regular pimples. Before I began medication, I had cysts that persisted, for up to nine months, sometimes. Dream dots were the only thing that would speed up the healing, and minimize scarring. I wish I had discovered these in my 20s, if they existed then.

I really love these things
I really love these things! Not only do they work to reduce the size of a blemish by drawing out fluid without breaking the skin, they cover it up while you're wearing them. They blend in with your skin enough to do the job you if you need to run an errand but don't want to slather on a full face of makeup (which lets face it, if you're trying to hide a skin problem your bound to do) and they also keep you from picking. You can find products with similar function for less in price (i.e. blister band-aids) but they won't blend into your face nearly as well. I always keep a supply on hand for myself or to share with someone in need.

These work so good I am almost happen when I get a spot. Other brands don't do anything like these. Worth the extra money.

Love it!
If you are familiar with acne bandage like 3M acne care dressing, you will love Dream Dots. Not only does it do what it says, it's much more advanced than the 3M patches. This is because the edges of the patch is tapered and it blends in perfectly with your skin. You can wear make up as usual and it's technically invisible!

Wirken gut
Die Dots kamen zwar in einer neuen Verpackung. Wirken bei mir nach wie vor gut.Ein Wundermittel gibt es leider noch nicht. Doch diese Dots wirken bei mir sehr entzündungshemmend.Besser als Alles was mir bis jetzt Hautärzte verschrieb hatten!
