I got this in August 2020 - It was originally lost in the mail and showed up WAYYYYYYY later than anticipated. I was thrilled when I actually got it, as it was really helpful to control pain. I think it’s very helpful for hand and arm pain - and hope that it lasts - I don’t like that I have to rely on the remote to use it so - I removed a star.

i have arthritis in my hand so I found this and was excited to try it. it is well made and fits my hand pretty much. The plug has a large transformer and it has a flimsy wire so i hope it lasts. It heats up pretty quick and does work well. What i can't figure out is why do they include a remote? it has to stay plugged into an outlet, it has a power control on the wrap itself. Why in the world would you need a remote???

It gets plenty warm which is nice. It is a little to big for my husband. Wish it was warm from bottom to fingers. Where it hurts in the fatty part of his thumb it doesn't get to that part. It does give him some relief. He would like to try something that is warm and also massages hand at the same time.I"m glad we tried this for him. It's a start.

Regular heating pads just weren’t enough for my arthritic hands, but this little item is a life saver.

I have to wrap it pretty tightly as I have small hands. I have arthritis in my right hand, i put it on before bed and leave on for an hour. It has lots of different heat settings, easy to use

It works as advertised, that’s a big plus. High is very warm, and the timer on the remote is a great plus. I use it not only on my hand, but on my elbow and knee.Fantastic product!

This thing works. I have arthritis is both wrist, worse in the right. Fits both hands. Adjustable heat levels and adjustable compression.

I bought this for my fiance as a surprise. She absolutely loves it and it is helping her wrist immensely. It is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone.

Power cord and remote do not work. I found a substitute power cord. Heater works well with it. Need to buy new remote battery to determine if remote works.

This is a super product. Comfortable, heat settings for all needs. Relieves pain from circulation problems in my hand without medication most of the time.

I work on a computer all day. When my wrist hurts it put it on and it feels great.
