Great colors in made a great statement. A little difficult to put together, you really need to take your time.

Sign is colorful and good quality. Hats are fun colors and good quality. Both durable especially - I used for an outdoor event on a windy day! Assembly required for both - hats were a little challenging.

Cheap - do not buy
The birthday hats do not come assembled. However, once you attempt to put them together they rip. Every one we attempted to make into a hat ripped at a variety of spots and they looked awful. We couldn’t use any of them for the party. Do not buy.
