Extremely easy to cook and delicious meals

Love French food and this book by Albert Roux,although I haven't actually gotten around to trying any recipes yet ..So cannot comment on them,all in all though glad I bought the book.

A fantastic book, typically French style, some very difficult recipes as well.

My partner loves following the roux brothers and for Xmas I bought him this book. It went down a treat, didn't realise they did this book and the recipes look to die for! Have yet to get round to trying them but it doesn't disappoint.
